I ordered 1 pairs of sunglasses on sunsales.co costing1283 rs each n they have deducted 2259 from my account which is more than d actual total . I have not received my order yet n neither i am able to track d website or my order .transaction no..3486228 serial id 600026.order n0 N2015122401375528972356. date 23.12.2015. the website is not in use now..realised this is an online fraud ..how to cmplain and recover the amount...

Hi, I have placed order for 3 Rayban sunglasses after seeing the Facebook advertisement for 1 day sale. The amount of 3788.51 was dedcuted and the email confirmation recieved from [protected]@sll-sale.com. Transaction number is 3485893 and serial id : 60026. Transaction date 21st dec. I have tried replying to the email couple of times, with no response. And no alternate method to reach out this guys. Please assist getting this addressed...

Hi, I placed an order for 3 pair of Rayban sunglasses on 24/12/2015. wrote an email when didn't get any confirmation for the order. got the below reply references. We saw the advertisement of offer on sunglasses in Facebook and placed an order for 6 glasses 1263 each with delivery charges of 900+ on 25th December and till now no no update on product delivery I did notice that amount has been credited under niceforshopping co, .....

Had purchased 2 sunglasses of Rs. 1263 each + delivery chrgs Rs. 997. Made a payment of Rs 3523. Till yet didnt got any confirmation of purchased of product nor any bill or emails or msgs. Now the web site is also showing problem....
