I have purchased Sansui Battery-Free Digital Personal Body Weighing Scale from Amazon on 2nd november 2023. Invoice copy is attached herewith for your ready reference.

The weighing scale worked for some time but now it is not getting power and scale zero is not appearing and is completely dead. i have forwarded the video for your review.

Kindly arrange to get it rectified so that I can use it. Please suggest the further course of action at your earliest.

Dear Sir, Myself Mr Amit Suvarna had bought this Sansui 32 inch Led Android model no JSW32ASHD on 9th Sept 21 from Distributor, Vijay Electronics (vile Parle east). Before purchasing for the said model I had verified on the website about the specifications n later when satisfied with the requirement had given the order. My requirement was with the connectivity for the sound bar which I was going to purchase after sometime. When the TV arrived the nxt day installation was been done. After few days I bought with the sound bar n while connecting later came to know that there is no Aux Out Slot provided. I rechecked in the website for the same model n it’s available. Few days later on complaint to Sansui the technician visited n he on his mobile went to some site n showed me no slot for Aux Out in this model, where as I showed him their official website where they have shown it available. I let the things go as on Led Tv there was an optical slot available n accordingly I had to buy one more sound bar which had optical slot. As Checked on the tv there was an cover blocked to the slot may be thought it might be for safety. I removed the cover n inserted optical cable inside the tv optical slot. The wire didn’t locked inside the tv slot n was coming out. Again had to call the sansui engineer. He said the lock had been broken n there is no cover which comes. To my surprise I was showing the technician all the proof but he said it’s broken n chargeable for the repair. I said the TV is under warranty, it was not broken by me, showed him the slot cover, all pictures send across to their technician team but no reply,
My issue is First of all wrong information on website about AV output n secondly no agreeing on the cover for optical slot on tv.

I had purchased Sansui tv in march 2016 under JDUL scheme. Now I am willing to redeem the offer but dealer is denying and mails to company are undeliverable.

In jan, 2016, i have purchased sansui tv under JDUL2015 offer, now i am trying to redden the Rs. 20000/- bond whose 5 years time is over now, nut the dealer is not responding for the same, kindly i look forward to you for the same kindly do the needful as soon as possible.
