I had purchased Sansui tv in march 2016 under JDUL scheme. Now I am willing to redeem the offer but dealer is denying and mails to company are undeliverable....

In jan, 2016, i have purchased sansui tv under JDUL2015 offer, now i am trying to redden the Rs. 20000/- bond whose 5 years time is over now, nut the dealer is not responding for the same, kindly i look forward to you for the same kindly do the needful as soon as possible.
