I am a jeweller by business profession...and I am dealing in gold and diamond jewellery... and at our primses you pos machine is there...and I had a 3 lakh transaction yesterday and you made our payment on hold... I just want to clarify that at our end the big transaction is going on as our is a jeweller profession and we deal in big amount so need that it wont stop in near future... or else I have to discontinue with your services...

I guess your mswipe is not going to resolve a simple problem in a day or so as i had called my personal relationship manager approx 7 hours ago and he promised me to come in a hour to resolve my issue... As from yesterday the network is not working in my pos machine... And after 7 hours now he is not picking up my calls...
Really very slow service and lazy staff
