After taking AMC, the super max doesn't show up even after taking appointment in advance. this is fraund and cheating by supermax. as decided we made all the arrangements like lift the materials, sending kids to relatives . packing all the food items etc.

They promised to give 4 services but after 2 service, they have stopped responding to calls, either their chemicals are of no use. Last time we did calls from the ministry then they responded, but now they are just deaf and blind. Strict action against them should be taken.

Though we have AMC
They have given only one service
They are not sending anyone for 2nd service
They are cheaters
Can anything be done or they will continue cheating people like this

I've been trying to get someone to come over to my house and service it. They promised me 4 services (1 every 3 months). I paid 2500. Once I paid, your company just didn't bother to even once check. I have been trying to get hold of someone since the past 3 weeks to come and do the next one. My home has been infested with roaches and insects I cannot name. My food and snacks are been enjoyed by roaches throughout the night. the cupboards are filled with Cobwebs, my hall way has insect like things hanging on the walls. Their service is so horrible, they make false promises and are very rude on the call. My wife is expecting and if this continues, our baby will be prone to infections. Please someone help I do not wish to continue and need a full refund. I paid 2500/- for the whole year package.

I've WhatsApp the Service executive as well, but he ignores my message. I've pasted his number and the chat so its visible.

A pathetic pest control company, just for earning annual contract they have started single service. Fooling the customers who are availing single service.
We did rat pesticide not even one completed, but the rat has spoiled everything at home. Called them to explain on the issues, but are completely ignoring.
Please let us know the process, how we can stop this company from doing fraud with the customers.

My name is omkar zagde. I have entered into contract with supermax pest control service malad west they told mi they will provide 4 services whenever i request for one year my bill no is - m-k203 date of bill - 29/07/2018. I am trying to call them from last week they are not answering calls and their numbers are always busy or switch off. Last week i took appointment for 12/08/2018 but today when i called them they said your appointment is not registered and they are now not answering calls. Their contact numbers are [protected]/ [protected] / [protected]/ [protected] all the number are busy or switched off.
I request you either refund of my payment or proper service.

Its been less than a month since we 1st got our service done from
SUPERMAX PEST CONTROL and the results are disastrous .The service was mainly for getting rid of Cockroaches which has met with ZERO RESULTS.
On top of it the CUSTOMER CARE is so LETHARGIC, they just dont seem to care... UMPTEEN number of calls and complaints have
