Dear Sir,
I have dt.05.08.2022 (8 months) purchased a set of progressive glasses of your brand. From Pappu Optics, Malancha Main Road, Kharagpur of West Bengal. (see attachment ) The set of glasses in within 8 months scratches & not suiting my near vision .Despite repeated visits to the shop my problem stands Shop Keeper saying me Company not given any Warranty or Guaranty for Glasses . The shop keeper seems to have replaced glasses with unbranded one.I'm tired. Please sort my problem. Thanks

Dear sir,

I had purchased specs with suprol lenses with progressive number. Within one month o[censored]se i find opeque scratches on both the lenses, inspire if taking utmost care suggested by shop owner,
1. I do not keep theopen specs in pocket
2. I use soft clean cloth to clean it.
3. I regularly wash the cloth.
4. I always keep specs properly i side the case when not in use.
I had spent rs. 3500 for these specs.
I need replacement for the same.

I am very disappointed after buying suprol lenses. The lense which i bought for my mother got chipped off from one side in one week. I took it to the shop from where i bought it. And they took 900 for replacing one lense. It is total waste of money. I regret for buying this product. Which does not give any guarantee for there product. I suggest people to put some extra money and buy lenses from good brand. Or if you want cheaper lenses buy any local lense. That will definitely last longer than this. Not to get fooled.

I got my eyeglasses changed from my local optician. I opted and paid for suprol polytuff electra uv 400 but i am not sure whether he has given me original glasses or not. How can i be sure that the glass is original? There is no fog mark on the glass. When i asked about the mark he said that the company sells glasses without mark also and he can get is marked one or two days later if i insisited. Please help.
