Company name called suraj enterprise which I found in google sent a technician for faber chimney repair .after reaching home he claimed to take it to service centre and fix issues

However later he mentioned that illot of parts needs to be changed which will cost additional ten thousand which we declined and asked for him to return product

He refused to return product in a day and said he needs around a weeks time for which we agreed but now after a week he’s not picking our calls and remains untraceable

I had searched in google and asked a technician ([protected])to visit home to repair my faber chimney for which they sent a technician claiming to be authorised service centre for faber.

However on reaching home he said that it needs to be repaired in the workshop .later in the evening they said that parts like motor and board needs to be replaced which will cost 10thousand inr for which we declined and asked to return product...
