This is with regards to the medication/treatment given to my aged mother who was admitted for angioplasty of left limb on 10/02/2023 (IPD No.: 3034979). The consulting vascular surgeon Dr. Ashank Bansal was extremely efficient and an excellent medical professional but we had a harrowing experience with the SICU team. The Head ICU/RMO, nurses and the housekeeping staff from the night shift were a rude and unprofessional lot. Right from administering prescribed medicines for Diabetes and BP in wrong dosages to giving her multiple tablets (4 Nos) o[censored]n-prescribed medicine (Restyl 0.5 mg), they did it all. To add, she was tied to her bed with blanket and gauze roll to prohibit movement and left in unhygienic state for hours.
Her diapers and diabetic footwear were missing at the time of taking discharge. When confronted all they had to say was SORRY. So much in a span of 12 hours!
How do you trust them with medical care?!
My mother has developed phobia for hospital admission as an aftermath.

I went to surana for lips checkup. So dr nandini give me name of a cream to buy and some instructions to use of it. I paid 700/- fees to dr. And i brought cream from my place and i just call back to dr to give instructions again about its use. And she was like - "ek bar bataya tabi dhyan kidr tha? Nahi bataungi. Vapas aao and fees pay karo fir batati hu ok." she is not good at after sales service. Surana hospital just remove this kind of doctors.

This is with reference to my horrible experience with doctors at Surana Sethia Hospital @ Chembur-Mumbai.
My wife was down with fever & she had swelled up lymph nodes near her ear. We showed to the doc there & they suggested to go thru some tests. All the tests turned out to be normal. Post that they asked us get us admitted since they were of the opinion that it was TB(Though the same was ruled out in the tests). The so called incompetent doctors started pumping all kinds of TB medicines since they couldn’t diagnose the reasons of fever.

You need to be aware that once you start of the TB medicines, you need to continue that for a period of 6 months, & in case you discontinue them, you can land up with problems at future date since you get immune to them...& this happened despite all tests ruling out TB.

Then they realized ohh this could be Sarcodiasis...started pumping steroids!!! Duh can you believe this...I had enough of it & decided to get a second opinion & btw by this time they had already made me shell out around 50K( for all the bloody tests & hospitalization expenses)

Well, the doctor responsible for this....DR.AMIT SHOBHAVAT(NOT SURE OF HIS FIRST NAME BUT DEFINETLY REMEMBER HIS 2ND NAME)

I’m not sure what action would be taken against this incompetent doctor-But definitely want to make every one aware that pls don’t go to this hospital ever-The doctors are clueless there, nurses cannot take care of the patients, they will charge you for a deluxe room but hygiene is no where to be seen.

Hope this info helps every one-BTW the second opinion that I took was worth it & she was treated just thru normal Paracetamol.
