i had booked a MIG flat in Sunrise Symphony Melody by Surekha properties, Kolkata. as per the terms, i was supposed to get the position by mid of 2011 but till now i haven't got the position nor any commitment on the same. i tried contact the builder few times but only answer i get from them is that government is not providing infrastructure, so we cant hand over the property. project is already delayed by 2...

Not Delivering Sunrise Greens

Sureka Properties launched the Project - Sunrise Greens almost 6 years back at Ghuni- Rajarhat, Kolkata and they have promised to deliver the same Project within 3 Years. But still now they have not delivered the project and currently it's in a Very Bad shape. We are not seeing any hope to get this project completed even after next 2 Years. This Builder should be punished as they are playing with our Hard earned Money....
