I receive a solar lantern on 14.05.2016 in broken condition, which model no is SUS6VBP2-CSS & manufacture by SHAGHAI SUNPAI & Eported by TRADING LIMITED, CHINA.on product receive time I was happy becuse my first purchesed on WHAAKY ON LINE TRADING & goted the same, but when Iwas open that packet that material condition is very very very poor
and broken, so i want retun or back poor product and Iwant my money back or...

I have received 1 no. Wrist watch for rs 399 yesterday(On 2nd april). The container is mauled & now i cannot give the same to my relative on his birthday which falls on 18th of april. Is this the way you treat customers. I requested the person who delivered the watch but he said that as per co.'s policy i cannot open the parcel in front of him. My order no. As printed on the plastic envelope is surs[protected]. Can i expect replacement...
