Hi my name is sanjay gupta was working with sutherland global services, last date of working was 12th feb 2013 & i was informed that i will get my salary & reliving letter within 45 days but it is more then 69 days now. Heavy work Load.....

Makes us work for more than 10 hours every day,Not giving complete salary,No bonus, Also wokring on national holidays, Harthal..They started 10 hour shift at time of recession. Now it's not there, still they are asking us to work for 10 hours and earning a good profit by killing us in graveyard.. Not providing us any benefit like salary hike or any promotions,,, It's been hectic & very painful...

i have been employed by sutherland global services located in clark pampanga, philippines. i was not told that the account or program i was to work with was seasonal account. now that the peak season of the account, which is target is over, i am on the bench - i already passed an OPS interview for another program but until now it's almost a month and still i don't have a schedule. i originally came from Baguio which makes the situation...

The company is making us work for 10 hours compulsory and no extra pay for that, and also they will start 6th day working in the month where there is more public holiday, so we do not get paid for the public holidays, please look into this matter....
