Sir, i live in ludhiana and located in sarabha nagar extension phase1 phakowal road ldh. There is a puda aproved colony and private society. Nowdays, there are many problems by facing in day by day like big problem is severage is flood every day but society is no resolved this problem and today severage flood and water enery in my indoor. This is very dangers for all cononies people.

We are from karakambadi tarakarama nagar, chittoor district andhra pradesh pin code 517520. Our area has over 6000 houses and almost 3000 families stay here and residential accomodation is fast growing. There is no sewage or garbage handling system here. As a result the entire population is forced to dump both biodegradable and plastic wastes around others' accomodation. The sewage handling system is not there. For fecal matter disposal, many people have septic tanks. But other sewage is simply left on to the roads. So, there is a rampant increase in public health diseases and vector borne diseases. It is the basic responsibility of the government to provide sewage and garbage handling system failing which lots of public health hazards are likely.

We live in kanhaiya kunh vihar jaffer kheda kanpur road lucknow. Just to my home there is a open plot in which the cattles like cows and buffaloes come daily and colony people are throwing garbage to tis open plot. We had given a complaint for this earlier but no action taken. Pls help. There is one more thing to say that during the underground electrification the authorities have dismantled the colony roads but so far they are not being made again. Please help urgently.

[protected] not cleaning of drains for a long time and there are so many garbage in front of my house this is a plot full with lot of garbage this garbage spread so many disease there are so much problem for us and for children's i request to u to resolve our problem there are so much smell in front of my house in the raining season there are really so much wet garbage which increases the smell and increase the chances of. Diseases like dengue malaria etc i kindly request to u plz plz resolve our problem we are so tensed about it...

Mere ghar ki bahu aur betia bhi toilet karne se pareshan hai. Vishnu ne mujhe kuch bhi karne se roka hai. Mene 14/04/2018 ko police me fir karai thi. Meri fir no. (1830h) hai. श्रीमान, नमस्कार, हमलोग एस.के.जी.कॉलोनी, कान्दरा-832402, झारखंड में रहते हैं।हमलोग बहुत दिनों से पीछे वाली नाली के लबालब गंदगी के भरजाने औऱ नाली की गंदगी घर में घुसने से परेशान हैं ।झारखंड सरकार ने सफाई हेतु पंचायत को फंड दिया, तभी हमलोगों ने एक ज्वाइंट पत्र पंचायत को दिया (उसकी काँपी संलग्न कर रहे हें)।उसके पश्चात पंचायत ने सफाई शुरू करवा दी, लेकिन पूरी तरह सफाई भी नहीं हुई औऱ बोला गया की सफाई करने बाले बोले की हो गया, औऱ अब नहीं करेगा।सबसे ताज्जुब की बात ये है कि पीछे कोई देखने भी नहीं आया।सफाई कर्मचारीयों ने नाली की सारी गंदगी ऊठा ऊठाकर ऊपर चबूतरों पर डाल दी (फोटो संलग्न कर रहे हैं)।शायद वे लोग औऱ रूप्या चाहते थे।अब वो गंदगी औऱ भयावह हो गई है और बीमारीयों को औऱ जन्म देगी।फोटो से प्रतीत हो जायेगा।कृपया इस पर तबज्जो दी जाये, मेहरबानी होगी। धन्यवाद।

N roy ka hai jo teen manjila hai wo apne ghar ka poora latrine ka nikas open area me karwate hai jiske karan poore colony me badbu aati hai aur yaha ke adhik log isi ke karan pareshan hai.

Agar log kuch kahta hai to laraye ke liye taiyar hai par kahte hai kuch nahi karunga jisko complain karna hai karo.

Sriman iska nirakan karwa kar hum sabhi colony wasiyo ka kalyan kiya jaye.

I stay in tilakwadi, shanti nagar belgaum and tired of the neighbors throwing garbage around inspire of telling hundred 100. Instead of feeling ashamed they fight and argue as if they have done something right. Secondly the municipality department here are doing nothing about keeping the gutters clean. Inspire of numerous written complains they just don't bother. Please help!!!

I am shubham kr gupta recidence of chaknilkant bade kurd shukruli hata kushinagar u. P.. Its humble request to take a strict action against hospital authority whoever is responsible on this dumping hospital waste in open air
Waste containing needles, used bandade, sugery material, human organs extracted after surgery, medicine bottles. To catch the hospital this time i found test reports in name of patient "priyanka devi" (20y/f) ref by dr. Madhu (M. S) (Hata) and lab report from "verma diagnosis centre" p. No [protected] address = hata kushinagar utter pradesh.
Sir i request please take immediate action against such authority.

I naveen sahani, responsible citizen of india and a resident in dhule maharashtra wants to complain about the irregular garbage vehicle and about no garbage bins placed in the locality, due to which there are moat of garbage pits created by localites in the area on roadsides which is not tollerable.. Please take my conplain into consideration and take the action needed.. Thank you.

My name is rajeev kumar and i am from jalandhar, punjab. I lived in rama mandi area of jalandhar. I started morning walk from few days. I usually go for walk towards hoshiarpur on hishiarpur road. I have been noticed there are several dump of garbage in road side from rama mandi till apj college. It’s not only damaged the natural beauty and also it’s very smelling in that areas. The waste consists plastic waste, medical waste which may cause dangerous health hazards. Its really very serious matter and nobody is serious about this problem. Kindly help in removing these dumps permanently. Please refer attached photographs which show you the severity of the situation.

we had go to our nearest SBI Branch. from Bihar, Distt Madhubani and branch code is (12568). after few time I need washroom and I go to washroom I found very dirty inside the SBI bank special in toilet as I have attached pic of toilet

The above mentioned area remains very dirty, due to that many insects and mosquitoes occurs .

Due to that old age people and kids get sick .

Every time without collecting waste and without solving our problem, they close our complains.

So please take action against it and please do needful to maintain that area clean .

The parking area has been spoiled with foul smell, flies and mosquitoes due to a beggar residing in ck market parking area. There have been cases of dengue malaria and viral infections in the past in this locality but the market authorities turn a blind eye to this. No action from bidhannagar municipal corporation yet in this regard. Just beside this is a school and nearby is a hospital which are vulnerable to this. The situation has become unbearable. Kindly take strict action regarding this to make swachch bharat a reality.

Greetings of the day!!

I am writing on the behalf of my village budha nagar (Post office, malikpur, pathankot, near dc office complex, punjab) inhabitants regarding unhygienic situation of the village & the surroundings as well.

Request is to make you acquaintance about the current situation of the village, we do not have any permanent arrangements of cleaning the streets, and also no public toilets in the village. And the results to this, people are unwillingly using any empty place for releasing their toilet.

Authorities truck visits once in a month or most often when local people call them when every part of village drown into junk and the smell of the junk spreads out everywhere in the village.

Few of the neighbors in the street have shown their efforts to keep their portions tidy however we are looking for a complete safai solution in every part of the village. Despite of the fact, in about 20 meters of the village, we have dc complex and district court but our people of the village are still seeming to be unfortunate to avail the benefits of any safai schema

Total population of the village is not more than 3000 and after all our efforts in the clean up. We still struggling to provide our children a better cleanly environment.

While visiting to the local municipal corporation office for reporting the problem, we understood that they have insufficient funds for our zone. We feel very helpless now and thereafter choose this way to address our village problems

I request you to consider this matter on the priority under 'swachh bharat abhiyan' and help us provide below three necessary amenities

A) allocate 1 or 2 person to clean/sweep the streets on the daily basis twice in a day.

B) few dustbins booths should be installed (At least 3)

C) washroom facility for men & woman

We anticipate your urgent attentions into this matter, your quick and prompt actions in this regard would be highly appreciated

I am ajaya kumar moharana residence of mig 127 baramunda housing board colony, bhubaneswar odisha. Being a responsible citizen of the area i would like to state my concern about the increase in the amount of garbage in front of my home.

Despite of constant complaining and requesting to the people of my society, they have been littering their household waste in front of my house. This not only makes the place look ugly but also pollutes the air. Even a foul smell is left behind if the garage is not disposed off at the right time.

I hope my complain will be taken into consideration and i look forward for some help from your side.

I am writing this letter with some hope that a commoner problems will also be heard. There is a huge plot of land behind my house that is owned by sri ramachandra hospital, chennai. The let the land for scrap business. The land is filled with rusted metal, plastic and loads and loads of waste materials. This waste that has been through sin and rain is polluting the atmosphere. This is a residential area surrounded by homes. They burn these materials that is making the air hazardous. The burnt plastic is polluting the air and people are finding it very difficult to breathe. The water is contaminated. We have stopped getting fresh air. We even have snakes coming often. Please please look into the issue. Let the officials visit the place and then you can understand how difficult it is to live here breathing this air.

I worked as an employee in govt sector, i used to travel a village named mentada which is 30 kms from vizianagaram dist andhra pradesh. There is no proper timings for buses for that mandal so people used to go by auto or other by means of transport, while going to that village via kothabaggam village. I found in kothabaggam many of the people are using toilets on either side of the road. I saw some of ladies on night times also, with out having proper toilet system in that village people are suffering a lot of diseases please kindly take it into your consideration, and please implement the swachh bharath in that village not by your words or by advertisements in social media

But till am not got any amount. When am asked at gop block they telling that your amount withdraw by some one. Am already discussed about it with our ward member, but am not getting any correct answer from her.in our block many brokers are looting poor people amount like indiraabas, swach bharat toilet and many more mission amount.

I have registered complain on 23-dec-2017 in rajasthan sampark. Grievance no. Is[protected]. Some members of the concerned department came to check the condition of our locality. But they didn't work for the solutions of the problem. Even they have made the situation more poor. The parshad of ward no. 52 o[censored]daipur is so irresponsible. Condition of madhuban area is too poor. Nobody take any action against it.
