Delivery from CRED not received even though it is showing Delivered

Hello Team,
This is really a bad experience faced. With the passing of time, I am losing faith in CRED and its delivery partner. WIll share this information with my colleague from college, company and all friends circle so that they should also be aware of this issue where even after payment product goes missing either by CRED or Delivery partner. I am attaching more proofs so that it would be helpful;l for you to track order id with your delivery partner and do the needful.
Below SMS I got but still, the product was not delivered hence want proof, whether there was any signature or OTP, was noted by Delivery guy if not then what is the process of verification your Delivery partner is following
Delivered: Your order 41693 from Mansaa is delivered. - Swift
Out for Delivery: Your order 41693 from Mansaa is out for delivery. Package will be delivered today. Track here https://shpit.in/SAHE - Swift
Order Dispatched: Your order 41693 from Mansaa has been shipped through SWIFT. Track here https://shpit.in/SAHE

DD not yet received
DD got dispatched on 18th october, 2021 as per hdfc. Its been 11 days, i have yet not received the same. Even i am not able to track the my courier thru id given to me.
Kindly look into the matter & do the needful.

Complaint marked as Resolved They provided with just a tracking id and nothing else.
Tracking id is 134921238, which is still untraceable.

Yes they should not ask for money for delivery of the winning cheque. If at all they ask money they can ask after delivery of the cheque to the winning party. If they are not believing the winning parties' statement than how the winning party believe whatever they are saying. There is something fishy.

i won the uk lottery this month in my rediff mail id., i would like to know if ther is any way of deducting the tax and the parcel charges from my lottery fund.
as per the information i got from your website i have come to know that there is nothing called as hard cover insurance policy, the tax amount and the delivery charges can be deducted from the lotery fund.is it possible to make it that way.kindly inform me regading this.

dear sir; thanks for this forum! my story is almost like anyone of those kind people all over the world! in fact i received the same warning of winning your lotery but with no winning notification and i was asked to contact swift express courier and they demanded money for the delivering and here i'm asking you to pay after handing the pacage and i don't think that who won millions will not pay you once getting his package so dear sir i'm begging of you to help me on this i can't any way pay before getting my fund because i haven't and i'm not surebe able to send money great respect your: nabil .h.morocco
