It was my first order with symtten I bought products and also trial products with them and paid for all orders in advance but they only delivered only main product but haven't delivered the trial products yet...

I tried to contact the symtten through what's app but it's automated message coming no solution in that . I have received the last order from you guys that box was half opened via courier person. When i ask the courier person he said it's damaged because of big box size n on his words I shared the OTP after he left i opened the box found some of the products packing opened and some are missing same i mentioned in mail to your team . Instead of helping me your team is asking the proof same I shared again they are asking another proof of all the products i received. It's a harrasment of the customer what you guys are doing seems my mistake of being a regular customer of your brand as you can check my history first time I faced this issue instead of any help. I m being questioned like I have done some kind of mistake by ordering from your app . Need the support on this otherwise will go to social media for this kind of service I m getting after paying the money.

I am writing to request a refund for my recently canceled order on 13 july on order id #11104357. I canceled the order within 30 minutes of placing it as I decided to go with a different item. However, I have not received my refund yet, and I kindly ask for your prompt attention to this matter.

Heyy i ordered trial products worth rs 199 on 2nd of may.. and the product was showing shipped and out of delivery at morning.. now they’re showing ‘’ consignee did not receive’’ like whatt?
What is happening? The delivery guy didn’t even came at my house ..

I ordered 2 perfumes my symtten app, got only 1. Though I raised a complaint to symtten but they didn't took any action by giving a reason that the images of the product are not given by me. But tell me how will I provide the images of that product which I haven't received. Even they refused to refund and take further complaints. Strict actions should be taken, they are fooling people doing frauds with them.

I ordered my trial products and they are delayed & I prepaid for it. Even they are not responding on emails may I know why. If the problem occurs I am going to take strict action against this app. Either resolve the problem or it is going to trouble your company as I will file a complaint against it.

I have ordered a package of trials pack but there is one product missing i.e. ( Bella Vita organics eyelift under eye cream) kindly refund or give the same product with the next order.

It has been 10 days I have placed my order.Delivery dates are just extending. I need my order as soon as possible

Order the McAfeeine kit and Body lotion but some product was missing in parcel box instead of that some free product received me. And smytten company was not responding me. I was calling so much time, sent a mail to customer care but he didn't get response. Nothing is said about the replacement product and my money has not been returned. This company is cheating me. It is a very fake company

My order no 2426899. I didn't get one of my products delivered which is mcaffeine powdered sunscreen. When I mailed them about the situation, they said it was my fault. I even posted the photos as soon as I unpacked my delivery.

To all the people associated with symtten, if someone is ordering something then this should be first priority of your company to deliver their parcel i[censored] can't deliver then plz refund the money, it's has been a month ago when I placed an order didn't recieve my parcel didint get my refund and even didn't get the tracking details of my parcel .
What kind of fraud is this it's very shameful for the symtten.

A blueberry shower gel was mentioned in the product list of my order number 5211259 and it didn't get delivered while I received the rest of the things. I am very disappointed about the same since it's my first time trying this app.

From my order, the kit of lip polishing which consists of lip scrub and lip balm was missing. I already put a query in the app, it gives the status as query solved but still there no refund statement in my account. I have paid for price for the two items and only received one item with the applied free item. Please solve my query and give refund.

It's been really long since i ordered products from the company but didn't get the delivery yet. It was showing different dates of delivery which time and again got delayed to 13th May as the delivery date for now. It's too long to wait and didn't receive the products which is so annoying.
It's now showing- Area Unserviceable. Also i did online payment during checkout as there were no option of COD.

I had placed the order on 31st jan 2022 and while tracking it was said to be delivered by 9th feb 2022 but still I didn't receive the products.i Have already paid for those. While I track my order, it continuously changed the delivery date. When I will receive my product?

I'd placed an order on symtten app on 1st of November which was supposed to be delivered on 6th of November which continuously got delayed to 13 of November. On 13th Nov I got a message that the parcel will be delivered today but I never got the parcel and none of the delivery service contacted me. While on the app it says delivered. The order was prepaid and the customer service is too useless to respond. I've written multiple mails to the customer support but of no use.
