I am writing this since I am fed up with performance of SYSKA LED lights. For my house I had purchased 32 lights of 8W and 12 W. I am really surprised at the continuous failures of these lights.

Following are the complaints made and recorded by your customer service

The failures are going on and almost 10 nos of LED lights have been replaced out of total 32 Nos and this has happened in 4-5 months o[censored]sage.

I am not aware of the reasons of failure every time there is failure I register a complaint, a person visits and inspects, another person comes after 3-4 days and replaces the failed ones. But no one has bothered to come back to me on why these are failing in so high nos and what happens after warranty is over as I don’t expect that your team will support after warranty.

I need your support in connecting me to Senior management so that I can get the problem sorted otherwise I may decide on alternative process.

    I had purchased 2 syska ceiling mount led ssk - sdc - - n - 30 watts lights from swiftlink connections pvt ltd, santacruz (W) on 23rd april 2019, i went for syka instead of chinese led lights which were available at a much cheaper rate.
    Invoice no. G38/19-20/307.
    The driver of one light malfunctioned within a month. I went to swiftlink with the defective light but they were not helpful & told me to complain on the helpline. He could have easily replaced the driver but the money making mentality over customer service creeps in as usual with these fellows.
    I complained twice on their helpline (Complaint number[protected] & they send incompetent people twice with faulty parts instead of sending them with a working new part wasting my time.
    On one hand this is the pathetic quality of product & service syska gives & on the other hand they have bollywood stars as their brand ambassadors trying to push their products. What they don't realise is that the customer is only bothered with the value & quality of the product he/she has paid for & not concerned about anything else. This mentality of making money by palming consumers with cheap quality products & shirking of their responsibility when it comes to customer service is very bad & commonly experienced. So much for make in india after paying 12% gst on these useless lights.

    Syska should rephrase their tagline, "light years behind" which suits them.

    The 2 years warranty on this product is useless since it will not be honoured anyways.
    I am facing similar problems performance of LED lights of SYSKA is very poor.

      I bought two bulbs from flipkart last year in april, having warranty of two years, but in nov it got damaged and i asked for exchange,
      somehow flipkart provided me syska customer care number, i contacted them, they told me that you have to ship it by yourself n whatever will the courier charges, we will give you,
      the bulbs anyhow got delivered to me on 31st dec 2016, but till now after 5 months i havent got my money refunded, and whenever i call them they use to say it will take more 10 days, and it continued, 5 months are gone,
      there was one more time i complained about this here.

      I already have raised a complaint regarding this matter.today I am going to send all the screenshot s...I don't understand that for refund they are taking 5 months.according to there policy I get refunded as soon as the product is delivered to me.but here they took 5 months and whenever I call they say it will take more 20 days or one week, why I am going to buy anything if service will like this,
      It would have been better if I could have gone to a shop and took rather taking from flipkart, and if any company can't fulfill the refund then why they tie up with online, degrading their value also.

        Salary issue

        I ll working last 4 month in syska led the month of fab. company is not issue my salary and without notice he terminated me, ill many time ask what the reason he cut my full salary they do not have ans to any ques. he ( manage) totally harass me...
