last week 12/12/2009 i received a sms from nokia tworld...that i have won GBP 550, 000 Pounds in 2009 T-World/Nokia Draws in UK ...and they have asked me to send my details to [protected]@gmail.com...further they have asked me to mail my residential & id proof for verification... They have given me License and Fund Release Order approved by cheif magistrate & witnessed by Deputy Prime Minister, London.and asked me to pay £550.00...

Is this is a fraud
My Phone recieved a SMS:
You Have won GBP550,000.00 Pounds
I replyed them and he is now saying that Give 49,000 IND
to claim the money.
Please Help me it is a fraud or not...
