I ordered two pairs of shoes for Rs 498/- paid online on 26.06.21 but tilldate I have not received the shoes Please refund the amount Rs 498...

Paid online via PayTm.
Did not receive parcel for 15 days.
Emailed customer care at courier and the company .
Both not having any address or contact number!
I am cheated. Avoid buying goods from unknown companies online...

Ordered for summer sandals -one pair with size 9.5 vide Order No.10513 dt .24.06.2021 by making payment through Paytm -(Wallet transaction id: [protected] and order id: 10513_[protected] dt.24.06.2021 ) at 03.02 pm IST.

Even after frequent follow-ups ( through mails) and reminders, the product has not been delivered.

Kindly help me....

I had pay. Of rs 250, 250 two time for 2 pair shoes from takanik innovation 2 ed of June, but now that are not received and don't received any information, this is not good experience with your company

Acroteya shoes by Takenick Innovation is an ecommerce fraud company. I placed order fir shoes but they have not delivered. They dont have any phone number, nor address. They claim to use a courier company which has no phone, no address. Till date after 1 month, I have not received my shoes inspite of paying through Paytm ....

I ordered 2 plazoo suits worth 1398.00 on 16th april 2018. Payment was made successfully and till today i did not receive any updates about my products. When i try to contact takenick innovation their email and phone is not working. Repeatedly i keep sending mails and try to chat with them but no response. Their phone is switched off.
