The recent notification of withdrawal of photon services in chennai location was from 27th jan. But latest bill is showing end date as 31st jan.
No proper response from customer care. They dont even understand the problem reported.
No proper response from [protected]@tatadocomo.com. They respond saying disconnection problem, when im actually talking about billing issue.

Respected Sir,
I was using the following tata photon wifi internet with account number[protected] for more than a year( From Oct 2014 to Nov 2015. In all these years o[censored]sage, i have paid my outstanding due for the usage without any default. While i paid the Nov 2015 payment, my service was disconnected even after no dues pending. I have contacted customer service to restore the connection, but the same was disconnected permanently...
