Sales team promise - you will get more than 15 mbps speed in a prominent area in ncr with other service providers offering the same promise
Result - broadband monthly charges of rs 1300 (Approx) and speed for broadband not faster than 250 kbps yes... Kbps ... Download and upload both
Tata tel = lousy service + no action = team on dope (Perpetually)
My suggestion to people who read this and are thinking of taking up tata connection please do so at your own peril...

New tata docomo new post paid sim connection

I have visited a tata docomo showroom in Ramamurthy nagar(Bangalore) almost 1.5 month back to port My airtel delhi circle number to Tata Docomo Bangalore circle (Post paid connection).
They charged Rs.150 for the sim and I filled up & given all the necessary documents required including unique porting ID (AD139276).After this I have gone to the showroom atleast 5 times to know the status.Atlast they told me that airtel has rejected the request (But I doubt that is the case)
With no option left, instead of porting I applied for new Post paid Connection & they gave me new SIM and Mob number ([protected]) and charged Rs.350 for this.Also they told me that It will be activated by next day evening and it is almost 2 weeks passed.Still my new connection is not activated. I lost almost rs.500 for nothing and have wasted my time by visiting the showroom nearly 10 times & I would like to add that I haven't experienced this kind of worst customer service in life.
Still all I want is to get activate the new connection([protected]).My active phone number is [protected] if somebody wants to contact me on this.tata docomo showroom contact number is [protected] (PFA)

With this i would like to bring in your kind notice that iam using a Tata
Photon Max Wi-fi Dongle from last couple of months with capping plan
@950 P/M my concern is to bring in your notice o[censored]nprofessional
behavior of your customer care representatives they don't know how to
deal with a unsatisfied customer now i would like to explain you my

Don't stop my services even after so many complaints and sending me false bill.

Hello Team,
I am pavitra kumar and the photon ID is - [protected], have been using Tata photon since 2012. but the thing is that from last January 2015 I was getting ever lowest internet data when browsing.
When I asked the reason why I am getting this problem, they told me due to huge number of customer in your area, you are getting low connectivity.
Despite so many complaints to stop the services they agree to stop my connection.
but after some days, they called me and said we are converting it to a prepaid device so that you can use it in future. And your amount 300 will be transferred to your prepaid account.
Then I thought that they have disconnected my connection but still now I am getting the false bill and they called me every day to pay two-month bill amount that is rs-788.
When I asked to the customer care team why should I pay even I didn't use a single MB data and they told me you have to bound to pay for it.
They are mentally harassing me, please assist me.

We would like to inform you that your concern related to network has been crosschecked by our concern department and found that testing was done in your area by our Network team and it was confirmed that your area at present falls under highly utilized category.
Further, after a thorough inspection of the network, our technical team has ascertained that area where you are using the connection is optimized and there is no further network augmentation planning.

I am writing this letter to inform you that, I bought Tata Photon Postpaid connection from Shop No G-42, Aggarwal Millenium Plaza, Main Netaji Subash Place, Near Bitto Tikki Wala, Delhi - 110034 on dated 25/12/2014.. But Store Staff cheated & fraud with me login my case with forgery, and shared the wrong information about the Network coverage and speed, before purchased i enquire about the Network coverage & services and tariff plan from store staff. When they assured me Tata Photon is best in services. And I trust the store staff because that’s a company owned store And I directly deal with Tata Teleservices limited..After that I said give me the 10 GB plan and gave my ID and Address proof & Passport Size Photograph, After that store staff asked some Details like : Mobile Number/Landmark.. I also asked the store staff, where is my signature required. He said don’t worry for that, Even I can’t fill the form.. And store staff doesn’t show the tariff plan sheet and do the fake signature in all the forms... (CAF + Tariff Plan Sheet+ ID Proof + Address Proof and issued me a 30 GB Plan instead of 10 GB) I don’t fill the CAF Form and other forms which is required for postpaid connection..I have also recording of store staff conversation and he accepted the mistakes. I repeat again I have not filled and signed, and Tata store staff/ Login centre involved in this. And i have an doubt they misuse my documents.. I also filled a FIR against tata Teleservices. Due to this they play with emotions and I miss several opportunities, and I jobless. From 28 th to till today I suffering from lots of pains and there are lot of direct and indirect losses are involved.. I have skype interviews and I also missed out these opportunities.. Store Staff, Just of sale the forge connection with fake signature and misused the ID and Address proof and harassed and torture the customers.. Note: Connection Number: [protected] I also file a complaint in telecom ministry, consumer affairs, prime minister and delhi police, Because it’s a serious crime and I want compensation of rupees 10 lacs of my losses.. Even I took a home and every month I pad 16000 rupees to the bank, but due to this I missed out the opportunities In future my ID and address proof found in negative areas so Tata teleservices will be responsible for this..

Registered complaint regarding slow Internet speed. They only found out problem but not resolved the issue. They are not ready to give compensation for the loss. Instead their customer care executives ignoring my call and also blaming on us. They said that I have to use Internet only outside my residence and on roaming not in residence. They are telling me that there is problem in my home so signal enhancer has to be installed and no time line has been provided and closed my complaint. I hope this forum will help me on this issue.

Tata DoCoMo Walky Connection Cheating

This is Bharath A B. I recently bought a new Tata Docomo Walky connection in Hyderabad from one of the Tata Docomo executive last month. I was looking for unlimited local and STD plans to any network, he said “899 Plan” has unlimited calls to any network and there is no fair usage. I reconfirmed with him asking twice. He said he don't have brochure to show but he literally cheated me by giving wrong information about the tariff. It has only 1000 Minutes free for off-net calls. This is pathetic. I called him multiple times, later he said "Sorry for wrong information". Now he is not picking my call at all. I called customer care multiple times and there is no proper response. There is no point in paying Rs.1000 for just 1000 Minutes free. I literally don't want this connection and I want to return the device too. I am looking for Refund of Rs. 1800/- for the device which I paid. Even for this he didn't provide any proper bill. He gave an empty bill and asked me to fill in the details. I thought Tata Docomo professionals will not cheat by giving wrong information but this is greatest disappointment. I am writing this mail in a hope that issue will get resolved. I have already closed this connection within 10 days after taking the connection. I will not pay any bill also. If this issue doesn't get resolved I will write to next authority and publish in social networks, news paper and company notice board to make sure no one gets cheated like this just to achieve monthly target. I have already raised a complaint with customer care but of no use. They act too late and they try to defend themselves. Even I sent two mails to apellate (second level escalation), no response from them even though I do a follow up. I strongly suggest not to prefer tata docomo connection, agents cheat us by giving wrong tariff information later after getting the connection they say its by mistake. When we lodge a complaint they ask us the proof for it. Worst service by them.

Worst Customer Support - Pathetic worst Service -

This review is for Tata Walky Services for which I have the worst first hand Experience of their Customer support.
In India there are very few options for Wireless Land Line Services. BSNL provides one but they have now closed on it as there is very less demand and faulty instruments.
We purchased this Tata Walky Device for WLL (Wirelss Land Line Connection.) . The device started having issues from the next year . the warranty was only 1 year. I contacted Tata Support and they sent their Engineer to our home to check the device. The Engineer charges Rs.100 for visit. He was not skilled and just looked at the device and said he don't how to repair it. he told to carry this device to Tata Service Centre which was 15 Km's from our Home in Gurgaon.
We called their customer care to ask for phone number but none of them knew the phone number of the Service Centre. Everyone will give us a new number to call and enquire. On trying 8, 9 different numbers and asking for service centre number we gave up. We decided to visit the Centre.
When I reached the centre The Engineer was on leave. It was great disappointment as I have come all the way from 15 km. I asked for the phone number of the shop and they said there is no phone number. This is for their Sahara Mall, MG Road, Ground Floor shop. I was surprised. I asked again and they said they don't have anybody to attend phone so there is no phone. It was all weird and very non co-operative behaviour from them. I left and came back again next day. This time I got the Engineer. He looked at the instrument and without opening it, his first word was, Pls buy the new device, it is just only Rs.1699. I was surprised. H sad this device can not be fixed. I requested him to at least open it but he said no there is no need, since he knew the device cannot be repaired. By this time I was highly frustrated by their support and canny behaviour . I told them to cancel the connection and close the account. I did not knew it was the beginning of another 6 days of torture from them.
They called me next day, and requested I keep the number and said they will provide brand new device. I agreed since my number was known to many and I need to keep it.
They told me next 48 hours it will be provided. Now this local guy from Gurgaon, he called me and told me that he will get the device by evening. He told me to pay Rs 450 for a used device he will provide me. I was in surprise. I told him my communication with the Senior Executive but he said, he don't know anything. From last 6 days, I have been calling and receiving calls from their customer service and no one is consistent in what they say.
Somebody will say, we give you new device, than they will ask to wait for 15-22 mins on phone as they are connecting to their senior supervisor. Their local Engineer demands money without which he will not deliver the device. I called them many times but every time it will be a different person, I have to tell the entire story, they will write some notes on their system and the next time none of those notes and updates are found by next guy. It has to be explained from scratch. Most of the time their system application will be down, and they will say, "pls call us later".
I am extremely frustrated, mentally tortured, and I have no other words to express how bad this whole interaction has been with Tata Tele Services. I think Tata Services do not care about their customers at all but they only want to make profit without giving any support.
It is a nightmare dealing with them. I know it has gone long here but I think it was necessary.
My advice. Never for Tata again. Tata to Tata Services until they improve.

Worthless Services on Internet Broadband

Hi,
Myself Jayesh Trivdei, i got connection of Tata Teleservices on 11th May, 2014, but still date 17 May, 2014 i did not get my internet working.
I made 2 complains but nothing to be done or not getting any kind of worthy solutions from their call center or their technician. They closed my first complain without knowing the problem resolved or not.

Cheque Cleared without giving connection

Hi,
My name is Ashish Trehan and my number is [protected]. I was inquiring about getting a new Internet connection when i received call from TATA after looking at different plans i selected one plan and the executive came to place to collect ID & residence proof and also took an Account Payee cheque in favor of TTL later he called me and said that the plan i wanted is not available to which i requested him to cancel my registration however after couple of days later i find out that TTL has withdrawn installation charges from my account.
My Question is
1. How can any company withdraw money from customers account without even giving any services or connection.
2. When i called back TTL agent and told him that my account is credit with installation charges he replied that the money will be refunded back to me however its almost 25 days and there is no sign or call from TTL in reference to refund my amount and neither that agent is answering my calls.
Below are the details that might help you to look into this matter and i request you to kindly take it seriously because it was shocking for me to see my account credited without anything provided from TTL (No confirmation call, no registration msgs, no installation).

charging more than double amount of bill

I want to get my tata photon whiz disconnected immediately, because the local office of mathura (U.P) did not tell me that it is not good in speed, unfortunately i have paid thousands of rupees with in 2 years, when i went today for the disconnection, they are chrging Rs.1746, while due bill is 874.I never thought TATA can be dishonest

i was a postpaid user of tata docomo in roorkee . they disconnected my connection without any notice or without any valid reason on dec 20th 2012, and after repeated calls and visits to the customer care they reactivated it on 1st of january . and they billed me for total amount and when i asked them repeatedly to correct the bill . all i get is a reply of saying that they had billed me correctly . and they gave me a pre restriction alert in the month of feb. and i asked them to rectify the bill and then i ll pay the bill but still they didnt give me a good response. and below is the mail i sent to them .

TATA TELE SERVICES — restrication from service
Dear Sir/Mam,I was serving in Tata Tele Services at Hamir Tower 5th Avenue PWD colony Jodhpur (Rajasthan).My son (Mahir) of only 11 months was suffering from cleft palete & due to this he was unable to eat & mother feed, so doctor of Global Hospital & Research Centre at Mt.Abu (Raj) told us for a operation. For this I need 10-15 days leave.I told my boss Mr. Pankaj Vyas for the leave, by knowing my problem Mr. Pankaj Vyas gave me the permission.I had also told my problem to Mr.Ragvendra Rathore. But at the time of getting leave Mr. Ragvendra was not there, so I took permission from Mr. Pankaj Vyas.After 12 days I came at Jodhpur & rejoin the service, Mr.Ragvendra told me to not to come from 1st Oct 08.I belongs to a middle class family, I need job, but I don't want to rejoin this job where the misanthrope people are serving.
My duty was that to take permission for leave & one boss gave me.
Most of the emp of this office was afraid of Mr.Ragvendra's behaviour.
This is not a way for the employees.
How can he treat us like animals, Being a human being he had to understand our problems.I had take leave for my child's operation not for my entertainment.
This is not humanity, Suppose his child was suffering from the same situation, What happen...

I am a postpaid user of Tata Photon and has been using the same for the last 2 years. I had mailed to [protected]@tatadocomo.com; appellate.[protected]@tatatele.co.in; [protected]@trai.gov.in , but I didnt got any reply so far.
Further I tried to call , Nodal Officer for NE circle, Mr Amit Bhatia , at his cell No.[protected] .
On January 2013 , I got to know that, the Photon services will be discontinued from NE cirlce through tata customer care vide Interaction ID[protected].
I didnt got any intimation / notice has been served prior to discontinuing the services, while I keep on getting bills couriered every month . I am using services for commercial as well as personal purposes, post getting the information I am at total loss , since I am losing business due to this .
Further , I have paid a sum of Rs 2500 against the dongle device, which will be of no use if the services is discontinued.
Request to co-operate and arrange to refund the dongle amount.

Tata Docomo — FREQUENT DISCONTINUATION OF SERVICE.
MYSELF SARWAN KUMAR THAKUR. MOBILE NO.-[protected] OF TATA DOCOMO,TAMIL NADU SERVICES. I PURCHASED THIS SIM ON 15th DECEMBER 2010. AFTER 15-18 DAYS MY OUTGOING SERVICE WAS BARRED. THEN I CONSULTED WITH RETAILER AS WELL AS C.S.M. THEY TOLD TO RESUBMIT COPY OF DRIVING LICENSE AS OTHER DOCUMENT WERE CORRECT WHICH WERE DUALLY SIGNNED BY "INDIAN AIR FORCE AUTHORITY". BUT ON 23rd OF JANUARY 2011,AGAIN THEY DISCONTINUED MY SERVICES. I CONFIRMED FROM CUSTOMER CARE AGAIN THEY ADVISED TO RESUBMIT MY DOCUMENTS.'MY QUESTION IS THAT IF MY DOCUMENTS WERE NOT CORRECT THAT TIME,THEN WHY DID THEY RECONTINUE MY SERVICES,SO I WANT MY OLD DOCUMENT RETURNED BACK TO ME AS SOON AS POSSIBLE . This Telecom companies are using public money in this way actually they are cheating the common people of North East. Being a consumer I totally agree that TTSL should refund the amount paid against the purchase of the device. Most of the time during the service cycle their service quality remains poor.

Bill Dispute and Payment not Update

Hi,
M ravinder using Tata number [protected], there was lots of time I was given the complaint in Tata customer care regarding my bill dispute, earlier I was activate one SMS pack in which executive committed me the some count of sms free but when I saw my bill there un expected charges of SMS.
On that time I was ready to make the payment according to my usage but nobody give me the resolution, I was received the call only for bill payment but not for resolution
On 30Th Oct received call from collection agency Honour Voice ( [protected]) she was give me the assurance that you can make your bill payment of Rs. 400/- and rest amount waiver also devoted that your number would be activate within 2 hours.
But after making the bill payment still my number is suspend and no one pick the call from their side, is these kind of services are you given to your customer, how can I trust ( Tata Telecom in where working people like this.

Harassment by collection agents

Hi,
I have been trying to make the payment for my Tata Photon from 19th and my
password despite being correct was not accepted by the website. I reset my
password, I got a pin in m email and that too is being not accepted by the
website. Your Id has been locked as you have exceeded maximum number of
unsuccessful attempts.Please click on reset password link to reset your
password.
I am harassed by the collection calls to make the payment. I have got
several miss calls on my mobile. I work in night shift and sleep during the
day. I have not got any sllpe today because of these collection calls.
I call the toll free number and it just takes in my phone nunber and asks
me to dial 1515 for account information. I dial 1515 and it tell me the
number is invalid.
Now in this situation how can you expect me to make a payment. Whey am I
getting collection calls even before the due date of 03/06/2012. Why I am
being harassed by repeated phone calls. Why are not letting me sleep. This
is the last month I am going to observe and will switch on to another
service provider if this continues. I need a call back giving an
explanation on this. I want you to rectify your website and your customer
care IVR lines. You website and IVR sucks.

SIM Fraud & Cheque Bounce Case

Dear Sir/ Ma'am,
On 05-05-12, I received a notice from High Court (from Advocate Sunil Sharma), Jaipur stating that I have some dues pending with Tata Teleservices as the cheque for the billed amount has bounced. The notice further said that they would launch a criminal complaint against me under section 138 if I did not pay. The billed amount was Rs.1300 and they have fined Rs.1100 on me & thus I need to pay them Rs.2400.
The cheque that bounced was of ICICI Bank, Malviya Nagar, Jaipur.
I have never stayed in Jaipur for more than 3 consecutive days. I have never ever visited Malviya Nagar, Jaipur & I do not have any account in ICICI Bank.
Most importantly, I have never used the mobile no.that they have mentioned in the notice.
I think this is a case of fraud SIM purchase. Thus I request you to please lodge my complaint and guide me about what can I do to save myself.

Mis-commitment for Tata Broadband new connection~~M6509295

Tata teleservices defrauding public

I am a victim of tata teleservices fraud. I have taken data card prepaid connection with no: [protected] in the month of october 2010 and opted for a plan of rs.224 which offers 750 minutes of peak hours and 1500 minutes of off peak hours data usage. But actually they charge per the downloaded bytes . The plan is offered interms of minutes o[censored]sage and charged interms of bytes downloaded and the total value of 224 is charged forlessthan 50Mb.
I approached customer care regarding the same in the first week of november , after
continuous follow ups they accepted their mistake and gave a free usage of 10gb with one month validity as a compensation and promised that this will be rectified and will not be repeated. This was due to the sincere background work of Mr. Binu , a team leader of customer service team (call centre) hyderabad and a team manager Rama Devi. After a month i approached Mr. Binu and asked if i can go with the recharge , he said that they will take care and go for recharge. I recharged and again got the same problem after 15 days. When i approached Binu and rama devi they said that the problem was not actually resolved from their end and assured that they will put complete efforts to make that done by the next day. But no response from their end, and when i try to contact them they simply say to the junior officers to inform that they were in meeting and i was not able to reach them even after trying for 3 consecutive days and they it was soo embracing to be a customer of them as one of the team leader mr. Sarang with (employee id 11548.) said that they have other works to do and not to call up . I actually relied on them to meet my regular activities online which turned up to be a harrasment of continuous follow up with customer care which takes hours together to reach the person who is following up and huge loss due to disconnection. There are some people in customer care who dont even understand english and designates themselves as floor supervisors. I also sent the complaint and information to customer service Escalation Hierarchy - Jogesh Nayar

I suggest all the users to look for value for their money and be cautious of such branded cheating.

TATA TeleServices — Tele Services
Dear Sir,I was using the TATA Tele services from last so many years, and due to so many problems we had requested to discontinue the services, although they didn't discontinued and instead of which sent bill every month. After repeatedly request about the same they told that it'll be discontinued within few hours and thus they till date sending the bills.
When we talked regarding the similar problem they asked to pay the bill first, which we have not used.
so, kindly do needful for the same immediately.

harrasment after disconnecting the connection

i was using tata indicam usb modem 1yr ago. my number was [protected]. i disconnected the connection 1yr ago, before getting married. i paid all the necessary bills before the disconnection. but after wards i got a call from the office that i have dues. so i went to tata indicom office and showed them their receipt. everything was ok. but then suddenly after 1yr i get a phone call from delhi court saying i have dues. this is ridiculous harassment evenafter paying all the money.
the tata tele services should be sued and never should be used as a product. they took extra money from me. i was bound to pay as i am a govt. employee and i cannot risk my job for some few thousands rupees and a case on my head.
but i truely say that tata tele services is a disgusted company.

sir,this is to inform you that i, virendra dugar had a connection of tata indicom mobile with no:- [protected] in the name of my mother Sushila devi dugar . I added a caller tunes to my phone but whenever anyone calls me instesd of playinfg the caller tunes to my goodness people use to hear " to download this song press star" why ... i havenot paid for that and neither the pays me for the advertisement of the company. i therefore request to refund me the charges they had deducted so far and they must be penalised futher

TATA TeleServices — Non-receipt of bills
There is no timely receipt of bills against my Tata Indicom landline number 65186010. Even for the month of August I did not receive hard copy of my bill and I had to call for a soft copy from the Company to make the payment since they had blocked the outgoing calls from this phone. Now again, I have not received any bills for the month of September'07 even after taking up with your Billing departments. i had purchased Tata Indicom prepaid card ([protected]) for Plug and surf from one of the outlet in Jayanagar on 13th of July. All documents were submitted at the time of purchase of card and payment was done. By tata indicom sales person i was told that initially Rs. 100 talk time will given once the card is activated and that too free of cost. Once you utilize this you can recharge with what ever plan conveninent to you. to my surprise when i connected the data card no services were available. i must have visited the outlet for some 5-7 times but they were very effecient to show their helplessness (as usual). i was told to call Nodal officer who in turn told me to recharge of 300/- and gave me assurance that your data card will work. after so much of followup with them i thought of taking chance and recharged 300/- which is unlimited and validity of of 30 days on 10th August. by then 27 days are already over. Now as on 14th August 3.30 pm this card is not activated. when called at Nodal officer no body picks the phone or they commit something which they never do. i am fed up with this tata teleservices and wish to sue to this comapny. i am sure there must be lot of end users like me who are frustated with this service provider.

I have settled my account by paying Rs. 1500 on 11th April 2006 and recived the recipt of that settlement the account number is[protected] in the name of Sandeep Saini. The payment was done through cheque ( ch no. 642352). But after 4 years when I had a new connection again on his name the account no. is[protected], then I was informed that I had not paid the outstanding bill that was not paid and also disconnected my new connection line. I had registered the complaint by attaching the scanning copy of my recipt. But still the problem is not solved.I request you to look in to the problem as soon as possible.
Think so not fallen in deaf ears.

so don't trust any message until you confirm it through customer care

a complaint against TATA Teleservices
This is a complaint against TATA Tele Services. I was a customer of Tata Indicom and was not getting proper network at my home so I decided to quite from TATA. I informed more than 10 times to the customer executive that I want to discontinue this service. Once a representative came and collected last amount due for the number [protected] and said that this service will be discontinued now. After that they have not disconnected this number I do not know why??? After two months they are making phone calls balefully and threaten me that they have made a complaint against me and I have to go to Court.
This is now height of the threat. They are abusing me every day.
I have all the receipt with me to show you.
Please help me to overcome from this problem as soon as possible.

Tata Tele Services — UNJUSTIFIED DEDUCTION OF RS.52,875/-.
A deduction under the head of Account Clawback - Commission charges of Rs.52, 875/- (Rupees Fifty Two Thousand Eight Hundred and Seventy Five Only) has been made from my Security Deposit of Rs.1, 00, 000/- by Tata Tele Services Ltd.,What is the Claback means? Why such a huge amount is deducted is not explained. I don't think that this is fair on the part of Organisatons of Tata Group.
I request the concerned Tata Group to kindly look into the same and refund the deducted amount of Rs.52, 875/- at the earliest.

TATA TELE SERVICES — Disconnecting Lines without delivering bills
We have been using Tata Telephone Land Line with our office in Fort for last more then 10 years, In Oct 09 we shifted our office from Fort to Andheri East, Tata could not provide service here due to non feasibility, at same time we had requested them to change the billing address in mean time, Billing address was not changed by Tata for about last four months, hence the bills were not delivered to us, hence we could not make the payment of the bills, but in mean time Tata has disconnected our telephone lines, due to this we could not receive any call (as the calls from the Tata numbers were transfered/forwarded to our new MTNL Land Line connections)We are now insisting that Tata must reconnect our tel service and give credit for the rentals charged for disconnected service period, only after which we shall make the payment to them for the pending amount if any.

Hi,I suspect that an employee named pavithra working in TATA Businees support solutions supporting tata tele services customers is tracking my mobile calls details and sharing the data with bank.
I am repeatedly getting calls from the banks.

Dear Sheela,
I am unable to understand the reason why such type of queries or proofs are demanding after 1.8 months this is embarrassing, indirectly you are saying that even last month my form has not been submitted to RPFC and now it will be done in this month end, which is not acceptable, as I am regularly following this you should have asked this proof to me earlier. Why you are lingering this issue to such extend. One more thing I would like to bring to your notice once again, that I have received one part of my PF on same records, even the amount has been transferred in same bank account which I have given in the trailing mail then why not this time it is happening in the case of Pension Fund?
Now I am attaching my Driving License hope this will work. Please do let me know if any thing is still required form my side, and I want the acknowledgement for the submit ion.
Please update me further course of action immediately.

I am unable to understand the reason why such type of queries or proofs are demanding after 1.8 months this is embarrassing, indirectly you are saying that even last month my form has not been submitted to RPFC and now it will be done in this month end, which is not acceptable, as I am regularly following this you should have asked this proof to me earlier. Threatening calls from recovery agent
Dear Sir/ Mam,
I was a customer of Tata Tele Services vide Phone No.[protected]. On dated 20/01/08 one call came from Mr. Pramod who introduced himself as one of customer service executive of Tata Tele Services and informed us that our outstanding bill amount is INR. 2000.00. He also advised my wife Mrs. Runa Samaddar that to pay at least INR. 1000/- on next day through their collection agent who will be visiting us for collection to revive our tel connection. My wife also complained about the problem she was facing with the handset.
Next day on 21/01/08 Tata Tele Services collection agent called Mr. Rajesh Kumar came to home to collect the payment. He also initiated regarding the problem with handset. After collecting INR.1000/- vide receipt No. TTSL/07/[protected] dt. 21/01/2008, Mr. Rajesh told my wife that he would replace the handset from their office at Janakpuri.
Since the person was also having the Tata Tele Services identity card my wife beleived him and handed over the set to him.
Since then the said person never turned up and after waiting for couple of days and keeping on trying to contact the person we finally complained Tata Tele Services Customer care dept.
We mentioned all the details which have been mentioned above.
We contacted several times their customer service dept. but didnt get any positive answer for the same.
All of a sudden today ( 08/04/2008 ) my wife gets a call from an Advocate Mr. A.K.Sharma who was asking her to arrange to pay a sum of Rs. 2920.00 within today itself otherwise we have to face consequence for the same.
My wife called me since I was out for my official work and informed me about the same. I personally called Advocate A.K. Sharma in his cell no. [protected] and enquired about the matter. I told him these are the facts but he insisted me to arrange to pay the amount by today itself. Undersigned requested him that tomorrow morning he can send his person or Tata Tele Services person so that we can pay in cheque.
He didnt allow me to complete my words and thretened that I should be prepared myself for facing the consequences of the matter.
My wife is a housewife living at home with my two daughters aged 7 yrs and 11 yrs. Hearing this thing she became very nervous and fallen sick.
My request is that how can anybody without giving any notice or informing the same threten like this.
I hope I have clearified my complain and also do hope to get your valued support in this regard.

TATA CELLULAR SERVICES — THREATENING CALL FROM TATA SERVICES
HELLOI WAS A CUSTOMER OF TATA CELLULAR SERVICES AND I HAD A PHONE NUMBER -[protected] WITH BUSINESS SILVER PLAN WTIH THE ACCOUNT NUMBER[protected] AND I WAS USING THAT CONNECTION BUT I LOST THE SIM CARD AS I USED TO USE ONE MORE SIM CARD IN MY PHONE FREQUENTLY. I INFORMED THE TATA CUSTOMER SERVICES TO BLOCK THE SIM CARD AS I HAD LOST IT
THE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE REGISTERED THE COMPLAINT ON MY BEHALF. EVERYTHING (Rs. 477.00) WAS paid AT THAT MOMENT when i lost the sim card on 12-09-07 and when they sent an executive and collected the money from my side. But i have recently come to know that the card was never blocked from their side and i am not aware whether it was used by anyone or not but now recently i have recieved lots of calls from one of their Advocate threatening me to pay the latest bill amount of Rs.2900 (as told by him). I informed him about the whole situation but he says that he will send summons from the court and put me behind the bars if i dont make the payment.
I am going to register a complaint against him in police station if he keeps threatening me like the same. plz do something about it.

I had given complaint to tata tele services customer care regarding non receipt of Refund amount, i cancelled my post paid connection on 15-june -07, as per the company regulations i should receive my refund amount in 55 days but till date i have not received my refund amount, i brought this issue to them on 28th of August07, every time when i called them they are asking 2 days time for giving Resolution, But they are not taking any action, I think they are experts in cheating the customers, From past 40 days i am keep on calling them but no use finally i was irritated with their service. Is that is the way to behave with customers, So kindly take any action on them, I will be glad if you people can take any action on them. tatatele/ — harrasment and wrong bill and refunded amount.
Dear all @ complaint cell,This is in relation to letter dated 21st sep 2009 related to refund of my deposit(Rs.200) held at their end .
This is letter is to be treated as complaint letter as , when i paid all my dues ater disconnection of my tata tele network . they sent me Rs 6 from my deposit held. which shows that how these people cheat normal public without giving them proper account statement .
1) firstly when approched their centres @ rajouri garden where i deposited my cash for the remaining amount after disclosure . they said contact customer care . without listening to the problem and this shows they have centres for money collection but not for resolving customer complaints .....(just money minting offices )
2) When i wrote mail for asking my account statement 2 days back. they didn't even tried to reply on that mail ...making other people's problem a mockery (which is after all a hard earned money )
3) closure took 15 days after my intimation which resulted in further loss of around Rs 450
therfore i request you all to take necesary action against this organisation at the earliest and do inform about the proceedings otherwise i'll forward this mail to higher officials in different public departments.
Loss incurred : 196 +450 =644 due to their negligence and harrasment they are causing is uncountable.

my Tata mobile # [protected] was migrated to pre paid with lot of harassment(like address proof, last month telephone bill, passport color photos voters ID, ration card, filling the form as it is only being migrated from post paid that too by ECS payment and also being informed that I being a senior citizen of 76 Yrs old and alone with the eye surgery,
till date they have not so far refunded the Balance Amount as on[protected]
