TaxManager.in representative had mailed and called for IT Returns filing and I had responded with the required documents on 19 July '22 and then immediately received a call and mail from the company regarding fee payment. I paid the required fee on 20 July '22 and had mailed the detail information to the customer support team. I did not get any response from TaxManager after that nor they have filed my IT returns and the deadline of 31 July '22 has already elapsed. I tried reaching the representative who had called me, he has not taken my calls nor reverted, in fact he had cut my calls twice over the period since payment is done till 1 August '22. Nine emails I had sent to TaxManager, till date no response has come from the firm. Today, 2 August '22 I have called customer service number given on the company's website - [protected] and the representative have given assurance that she is looking into the matter and that she will respond to my email within an hour. It has been more than 4 hours and I still have not heard from TaxManager.in.

I am writing this complaint that TaxManager refund the fee which was paid for the services they had promised but did not honour. I am sure there are many such persons like me who had felt such harassment from TaxManager.in

    Fraud/Unprofessional Service

    They would lure the customers to buy their plans. Once after buying, they would avoid the calls, delay the tax computation process and speak in a very rude manner. On top of that, their computations are haywire. I don't think they even have a qualified CA. I have not seen a more unprofessional organization than them.

    I have had one of the worst experiences dealing with them.

    Don't know how hdfc securities advertises...

    I bought service to file my ITR on 17th August. When they requested password and OTP (from a gmail is) I opined not to proceed with their service and asked for refund on the same day. But, they are unprofessional and neither responding to emails nor phone calls . The customer care reps pick the call, as soon as I provide my details they disconnect on face and they are justifying saying clients can compromise on security. The only reason I selected them because it was advertised on reputed bank portal. I never expected I would end up on dealing with bunch o[censored]nprofessionals. Will be looking for legal action, it is so stressful to deal with this situation.

      I had taken the services of Taxmanager to file my returns before the 31st of August, 2015, They had collected Rs 912 /- on the 24th of Aug, and I had to call them everyday atleast 3 to 4 times a day to get a confirmation on the filing of my returns for the fy 14-15. Inspite of calling the Delhi office of the Taxmanager to get a confirmation of my e-filing, I got verbal assurances but no confirmation. On viewing my account on their site it was clearly seen that my IT returns for the FY 14 -15 was not processed, even on 31st of August 2015 which was initially declared the last day for filing, by the IT dept. Having understood that my case was totally ignored even on the last day of filing IT returns i.e 31st August, 2015 and with a few hours left, I appointed another service provider H&R Block and filed my returns through them, which was instantly done and for which I received a confirmation. I have informed Taxmanagers through E mail and even called them, to refund Rs 912/- which was paid online for their services which was not rendered to me. They are not responding nor are they confirming the refund, hence I am writing to your esteemed office to assist me to recover the amount of Rs 912/- paid to Taxmangers for Services Not Rendered. Enclosing mail ID- [protected]@taxmanager.in and contact # [protected] for your further course of action and ready reference. Appreciate and thank you for all the assistance.

        taxmanager.in (with all its staff) is outright unruly, haughty and a band of robbers. I filed my return online on "taxmanager.in" on July 24, 2013 and ended up making the payment twice (using Netbanking) as the first transaction failed. I was charged twice and that charge is reflecting on my bank statement. I emailed them on 24th of July with all the required documents to show the duplicate charge. They did not respond. I emailed again on 27th of July, telling them that I am going to expose their deeds on social media, media and would use law if required to get my refund (even though it is not that big an amount). That fell on deaf ears. I talked to their so called "Customer Care" (correct name should be Customer, we don't care) on 29th of July and I was told that I should send an email to "customer.[protected]@taxmanager.in" and not to "[protected]@taxmanager.in" (which I took from their Support section). I sent the email the same day, but nobody responded. I then called their Customer Care again on 01st of August and I was given the blank refusal "I cannot help you with this matter" by 2 of their reps. and they asked me to send an email and that only their "Sir" would reply to my email. I told them that I sent emails twice, but there was no response even after 7-8 days. I asked them to put me through to their "Sir" and they kept repeating without listening to what I am saying "I cannot help and only Sir would reply to your email". I asked them how are they running the company and if there is somebody responsible in the organization to listen, understand and address my concern. They replied by disconnected my call. There is no response from them to date. What should I do? Let it go like most of the Consumers do and because of which they are behaving in such a conceited manner. The address and website provided (in the form I filled) is of these thieves.
