My order has arrived but not delivererd to me...
Everytime your employer give me another phone no to talk about my consignment.

The item (Incubator) I have received with Docket no.[protected] is damaged at the edges. It was clearly mentioned on the package that the product packed inside is fragile and needs to be handled with care. I also received the product after 09 days of delay (19/10/2021 instead of 11/10/2021) which I had to collect myself from godown bearing extra expenses on transportation and was not delivered at home/door-step delivery as promised. I am attaching the image of the product and receipt with this mail. I have also made a video while unpacking the product which I can share if required. The customer care no.[protected] also do not respond. The people/staff at the TCI Express office in Ranchi also do not respond. Kindly help me for claiming against the damages occurred with my product during transportation.

We have booked as a single consignment of 58bags (ref.[protected].. from West Bengal to Bangalore
but taken 9 days for transit after booking and reached Bangalore only 41bags (Part quantity).. balance after tracing (after 9days) it was lying at Kolkata, stating vehicle not hold the goods.
1) if vehicle not hold it can booked by very next day
2) Part goods booking not informed as document (tracking traces) as well as to the end receiver nor sender
3) yet need to wait the condition of the material, which as of no without document to be reach Bangalore
4) until we are answerable to our buyer, if order cancelled the entire purchased goods burden until its clear.
5) tci express guys are very careless in answering

Booked dryer from Ambala Cantt on 6th July Supposrd reach Thane on 15 th docket no[protected] still there no sight of cargo. Worst there is no way to knowwhen it will reach me. I needed it urgently

Parcel is still kept in their local hub (Dankuni) since then.

Even after repeated calls / mails, the did not respond and not process anything.

Very very bad service. No one should use this irresponsible courier agency.

This is to inform that my consignment[protected] reached at Ranchi office on 24/6/20 but instead of delivering it at my shop your delivery boy Mr Bhushan said that your Brother from Bina Bastralaya Saree Kendra is having dues with us, But I requested him that Bina’s collection is not having any concern with him so kindly deliver my parcel as it’s urgent.
Inspite of so many request Madam in Ranchi branch & Mr Bhushan did a very rude behaviour with me.Now I want a apology letter from both of them or I am going to complain against them for harassing customer.

My two cn[protected]
[protected] booked by company one form rohini delhi & another form hissar. This two consignment have critical medicines. At this stage this medicines worked as a sanjivani for peoples. For lock down your company hold this consignments. Our states patients suffering for those medicines. So kindly send this two consignments immediately at agartala.
Govt of india declare that transport carried medicine, its essential items. But your company not following this guide line. If you are not send this goods to us on quick time, than all loss & liabilities taken by your company.

So don't delay and send this goods as soon as possible.

डिअर सर आपके tci express डिलेवरी सिस्टम बहुत ही खराब है, मै osho pharma, गोरखपुर हे मेरा मॉल चंडीगढ़ से गोरखपुर के लिए डॉकेट नो[protected], jo 17/07/2019 ko गोरखपुर आ गया आज तक दिलवर नहीं हुआ आज २१/०७/२०१९ हो गया,

ये सारे मेडिसिन है लगभग ६० केस होगा, अगर एक्सपीर हो तो जिमेदारी tci express लेगा या लापवाह एप्लोए जिमेदार होगा,
Tci express से अनुरोध कि -मै कान्जुमार फोरम जाउगा, आप के फॉर्म पर मुकदमा करुगा, कि होम डिलेवरी का पैसा भी charg किया और समय से डिलेवरी नहीं मिला जिससे हमारी मेडिसिन एक्सपीर हो गया

This is to bring into your kind notice that my product was couriered on 30/07/2018 and the expected delivery was 03/08/2018 but it is 17/08/2018 it has yet not delivered to our customer. Further there is no proper response from the customer care and TCI Verna Goa branch.

After so many reminders, mails & also my personal visit on 14th Aug and promising and mail confirmation to deliver the product on 16/08/2018 before 2PM, but yet not delivered. Kindly look into the matter on top priority take strong action

Please find attached GR No[protected] dated[protected] vide which we had booked a consignment from Howrah to Hisar (HARYANA). it was reached at Hussor Karnatka in place of hisar (Haryana). After too many follow ups we got the information that at Rewari Hub their were only 6 nugs in place of 8 Nugs, what is this express service. please do

We arranged to send a consignment via tci express on the 13th of april to kozhikode. They wrote the pin code wrong in their site. So we called the customer service to ask them to change the pin code. Even after a few days their site showed the same wrong pin code. There were no updates on their site regarding the location of the consignment after the 14th of april. We kept calling the kandivali branch manager and their customer service to ask about its status almost every day and the standard reply we got was that they will us back. But we never got a call back. Our customer being fed up cancelled our order. We asked tci to cancel the dispatch after knowing that the consignment was still in mumbai. They told us that they will and so we asked for a written confirmation from them for the same which they also said that they will send. But the next email we got from them stated that our goods have been dispatched despite our asking them not to do so and despite their reassurance that it won't be. Now the goods were brought back to us after they sent it all the way to kerala and are asking us to pay rs.9665.

I have placed an order online for a furniture from bharat lifestyle furniture. The docket has reached nearby hub but when i tried to call the person in tci, he is not responding properly for the shipment even after calling thrice.

I have the docket number[protected] provided by bharat lifestyle furniture, indore.

The last update which i have got from furniture shop was 5 days back that the docket has reached nalmangala hub and would reach me shortly. Tci express is not responding properly to the questions which we have raised on the delivery. Executive cannot communicate properly/understand english.

What can i do their is no any response by their branch they do not satisfy us as per delivery consern

Customer and me both are very disappointed because of this type of behaviour of your branch managers and
Very delay in delivery if we want something that the goods delivery to the customer

And without any damage because if it so so please give the full claim of damage and the profit claim of goods which were sale i[censored] delivered on time and the customer gain it by the goods

Goods are booking door delevery. But your delivery boy did not dilever at shop
He say that goods are in the auto. You will manage to shift your shop. This is not only 1st time alltime are same stitutation. What is the meaning of door dilevery in your system. Please confirm. Then i will decide for next booking
