Docket no[protected] is ecpected to delivered on 12th june but docket is still not delivered upto 20th june, docket reached at hyderabad on 10th june but tciexpress is taking too long time to delivered the docket and they are not responding our work is suffering badely....

I have ordered Sunday mattress. They have arranged shipment by TCIExpress. The product was reached to nearest hub to me few days ago but they are not delivering to my home and asking me to collect the product from hub itself. As per assured process the product has to be reached to my doorstep but they are not delivering by saying we will not deliver you come and pick it up.

Complaint marked as Resolved Product company Sunday mattress followed up the issue with them and made them deliver the product at my doorstep.

household goods damaged in transit

Our household goods that were shifted through ‘tciexpress’ from giridih to new delhi with docket no[protected] are mostly damaged. Washing machine, mandir, wall clocks, glasses, microwave etc are either badly damaged/broken. If required, i can share the images of the broken things. When i called 'tciexpress', they are saying that they can't do anything.

Through tciexpress i got my goods after 15days
My complain is he has not done proper packaging my goods

courier not deliver, customer care put off calls while talking, local office people are irresponsible

My courier starts from amritsar from 01-aug-18 to indore and expected date for delivery was 06-aug-18 as per tci-express company. Now it is 13-aug-18 i didn't receive the courier. I've called multiple times to tci-express customer care but my calls were ended by the customer care employees while i was speaking. I got lots of contacts no. For further follow-up from local indore team, unfortunately, given contact numbers belong to gujrat/up staff. Even they were abusing their own customer care team how they can provide our no for indore office. Finally when i got the local office no "the person was so irresponsible". He told me you have to wait 2 more days to get delivery while my courier was already in indore since 09-aug-2018. I don't know why these people are putting my courier at their office for no reason. God knows when i'll get my courier from this lazy courier company called tci-express.

DWB Number[protected] was booked on 26.05.18 from XBHA (BEHALA) for destination XFZN Fertilizernagar-23. The receiver was Indo Anushka A/C ERDA, Makarpura (attached receipt for booking 1.jpg).
After booking, when we had repeatedly tracked the consignment online (TCI Express site) it was updated that consignment has reached KHEDA-AHMEDABAD-HUB On 1-JUN-2018 and that the expected delivery date is 04-JUN-2018 to XFZN (FERTILIZERNAGAR) -23(attached screenshot 2.jpg).
However on the morning of 04.06.18 as we awaited the delivery of the consignment we were astounded to discover that neither Ahmedabad nor Fertilizernagar seems to have received the consignment! It seems our consignment had vanished into thin air!
For the last 24 hours we have spoken repeatedly with all the intermediate hubs (Dankuni, Ahmedabad) as well as Kolkata (Booking Station) and Fertilizernagar (Destination) but in vain! Nobody knows where the consignment is!
A considerable amount of money has been spent in manufacturing the consignment that has been sent through TCI. The said consignment was due for a "test" in the ERDA facilities of Vadodara on 05.06.18(today). For that also we had paid substantial advance to ERDA. It is because of TCI that I have missed that date owing to loss of money from my part.
We are disgusted with the service of TCI and the harassment it has caused us. We demand that you trace and deliver our consignment within the next 24 hours.

Repeatedly when we had tracked the consignment online (Tci express site) it was updated that consignment has reached kheda-ahmedabad-hub on 1-jun-2018 and that the expected delivery date is 04-jun-2018 to xfzn (Fertilizernagar) -23 (Attached screenshot).
