However, a complaint can be automatically marked as resolved if a complainant isn't responding or updating a complaint for 30 days after the company has tried to reach the complainant.

My Mobile is pick pocketed
Sir/ Madam,
My mobile is pick pocketed at Marathahali, Bangalore on 14/01.09.The connection no is [protected].I have lost all my contact no in that .The IMEI no:[protected].the model is nokia 1200
I fear i they misuse the contact list in that mobile.Please do the needful.
