Dear Sir,
We are the ex employees of M/s Tejpal Motors Pvt. Ltd, N.H.NO. 8, Balitha, Vapi. During our job period Employer was deducted EPF amount from our salary, but employer was not deposited EPF money of above 200 employees. In this connection we had submitted complaint in P.F office Vapi in 2010, but still matter is under proceeding.
Now we want to know what is the time period of 7A enforcement.
