complaint ortho balm received but not received medicine

I have received product of ortho balm and medicine but i got only ortho balm of rs.3000 and not given me medicine. Also not received bill from you while delivered order. I had followup since last 2 weeks but not getting medicines which was in booked order. I want immediate revert on this and medicine in one week else will do complaint against this company with media and india health minister. Getting daily calls on product but not delivering medicine which payment already done in cash. Also provide me bill of the same with medicine at the earliest. I had trusted but you make me fool. Kindly revert on this mail else will complaint to television media team as my son is working in zee news so let me call now.

receipt of other products instead of order. instead of order of cream on 08.06.20i8 mobile no 9888583202 18 to mr. bindra

As i am consuming your products aprox for two months and had spent approx rs.80, 000. Last months mr. Bindra discussed about my progress i told him that there is not even a single percent improvement he advised me to use a cream on upper p[arts of pennis and there will be improvement in three days i ordered the cream for rs. 25, 000 but i got some other items on calling the companies i was advised that i will receive cream as per my previous order. But on 08.06.2018 mr. Bindra called me and discussed the matter and told me to pay for the cream however i had paid rs.25, 000 for cream onlyin my last order, but any how he convinced me that i will receive the cream or balm this time and to pay rs 10, 000. Todayon 11.08.2018 i got a kit containing six small containers of oil but not the cream or balm. Please enquire the matter and replace the oil with cream or balm

replacement of perfect shaper belt

I aruna have placed order for 34 size perfect shaper belt but delivered xxl, vide order no.5729344, dated: 01.12.2017 which is over size for me. I gave complaints 10 times above on mob no [protected] for replacement but so far no action have been taken from your end. I never expected this worst service to the teleone customers from the service providers. Please do the needful for replacement.

wrong information and medicine provide

Dear sir,
It is to inform you that running medicine is ime 9. I ordered this medicine from teleone pvt ltd. Medicine was about to finish so they again call me and ordered ime 9 medicine from teleone but customer care executive said to me that medicine name has been changed and now the medicine name is diaba plus so i agreed may be name has been changed from ime9 to diaba plus. I ordered and receive medicine after few weeks i feel this medicine was not working properly and diabetes uncontrollable around 300 or 400 then i search what is the problem actually then again teleone executive asking for money 4000 rupees and changing medicine again..
But i refuse
Now after searching on google it's clear to me ime9 and diaba plus both are different tablets.
Now i want my complete money back from teleone pvt ltd. Otherwise i will go to consumer court.
Beacuse of these i suffered from heavy pain and around 10, 000 rupees spend on treatment. And now my condition is not so good..
Please do need full and look into the matter as soon as possible.

I k nagaraju have placed order for xl size perfect shaper belt but delivered xxl vide order no 5719199 dt 31 oct 2017 which is over size for me. I gave complaints 4 times on mob no [protected],[protected] for replacement but no action taken so far. I never expect teleone give worst service to customers. Please give necessary directions for replacement. Thanks.

On 03.11.2017 i placed an order on [protected] for sending me ime 9 ayurvedic medicine for diabetes treatment (For my wife 69 yrs who is diabetic for the last 25 years) i discussed in detail with the person on line saying that the said medicine is trusted by masses for its results and the patient will not require any more medicine after taking a complete course for 4 months and asked if the patient has any other problem since my wife is suffering from acute back pain and medicines taken after prescribed by various doctors have proved no so useful called person informed me that since i have shown trust on them he will send a tonic made particularly for diabetic patients which will give strength and strong bones and i shall have to pay in all rs. 5800 including said tonic which costs rs 3000 but i will get on discounted price of rs 2000 i was also informed that company will send four bottles of 100 tablets each one glucometer and the tonic and some powder which will end the pain
In the fore noon of 04.11.2017 i got a ring from [protected] one sunil told me that he will deliver the medicine today only i really was surprised for the prompt response sunil delivered medicine packed in five (5) packets three small packets and two bigger ones i had already requested the caller to come with swipe machine since i will make payment through atm card surprisingly he pretended to have forgot to carry it with him as per his statement and i had to rush to atm for withdrawing cash
Since on outer packing name and details of medicine are not available on opening packets to my surprise what i find (1) dee mark ever mas pro (2) dee mark silajit 2 packets (3) tiger tilla (4) dee mark diaba plus, entirely different items none of them were ordered
On enquiry i m told that the order booked is for diaba plus even my name has been wrongly mentioned in bill/ invoice this all is a deliberate attempt to fool customers diaba plus is a news to me and my wife is 69 yrs old and before order was accepted the called person asked name age address and much more so my wife is not going for weight lifting or a marathon race in olympics competition how the address is ok why misspelt name and medicine alone is being thrusted on me the person who booked order said that he will be sending a link on my email address noted by him but that email i never received till now on enquiry one of your so called seniors mammta ji disconnected my phone without giving a proper response yet another reena lectures that ime 9 and this medicine r same third lady says that ime 9 is out stock is this the way of settling problems does it not smack of yours being a fraudulent company to fleece loot and exploit innocents sitting hundreds of kilometres away perhaps knowing that they cannot disturb or challenge you r you employees so irresponsible they instead of solving the problem or even giving a satisfactory reply or explanation directed to note numbers and was asked to ring so and so number for redressing the complaint who will pay me for these phone calls r they not connected internally to contact the right person and convey the right message so far i have spoken to mamta, manju, reena, sunil, pushpa and two more ladies but of no use now i m told to wait for two-three more days how order was booked when the product ime 9 was out of stock i m aware that after receiving money i m deliberately avoided and my pleas totally ignored please let me know the final decision should the company fail to replace the medicine within weeks period i even being a senior citizen will be compelled to rush to delhi to your office and you will be accountable for the harassment caused and charges involved thereof plus compensation for the pain and agony my wife is suffering from pl note it that the invoice mentions ime 9 in it not diaba plus which i never ordered u at your end can confirm from the person who booked the order and direct him to speak to me in coference mode
Now my request is please replace delivered items with ordered medicine immediately ie ime 9 and tonic for complete four months course glucometr…. And whatever in addition is offered with this package rs 5800 and ask your employees to behave and satisfy the customers who r respected like god they and their company is alive when customers are there

Placed an order for v-1 on aug. 20, 2017 vide order no.51739677 and the same was confirmed by an sms from ur side with the promise the same would be delivered within 2-3 days. It is now fourth day, the medicine has not delivered. I tried to find out the position by making a call at least three times, but nobody was willing to listen me properly.

service is very poor... fooling customers

Teleone consumers product pvt. Ltd. I have placed order for slimming belt and company sent wrong size which was not my fault. I have paid rs.1800 for that. To change size they asked me to courier the belts. Now after sending courier which made me paid extra, its been more than 3 weeks they have not sent anything and asking me to collect it from post office... There service is too poor and product is too, they are just harassing customers and not providing anything even after taking their money.

I purchase v1 J from above address .After taking above tablets as per company guide line .After a day joint pain occurs in all the joints of body.I talk over phone no good response.I requested them to return back they refuse.With out hearing the problems they cuts the line.Sir I shall be obliged if you do needful for same.If we complains to Doctor he change the medicine by hearing pecent I think they are taking too much rate.Why they are supplying double quality if purchaser statifiy the purchase agian .By showing NDBC name they are charging much rate taking good will benefit.Sir I request you check the matter.Thanks.

I order a product online on 18th November 2016 but I received a wrong product and I cancelled the product and say to company to refund my money but company didn't take any action on it .
I call many times to company but he say We will contact you after some time but company never contact me and my order no. is 51228895. I do online payment on (mudrapay.com/p) .
I ordered the Divya kit but company was delivered the Divya Jeevan kit and when I told to company he say to me that the both product are same and company was not ready to replace it.
And I return the product on the spot by the delivery boy . He says that you will receive your money to your account but this money was not credit to my account till 21 December 2016

This is to inform you that i have purchased the Diabetes medicine IME-9 for my father's diseases through invoice no- TELE-LUCK-63377 on dated 29.0816 of Rs. 3000.00 But above medicines is taking highly side effected. So my father is unable to take this medicine.
I want to return this medicine to TELEONE CONSUMERS PRODUCT PVT. LTD.. But the company in not returning my packed medicine.

Sending wrong medicine "diaba free amrit" in place of " ime 9"

I rajani haloi ordered for a medicine namely "ime9" on 06/07/16 by calling on customer care no. [protected] of tele one consumers products private ltd... later on i was delivered a parcel from teleone company on 6/7/16 and i paid rs. 1400/- for that... later on when i opened that parcel, i found wrong medicine inside the parcel namely "diaba free amrit" for which i never ordered... later on when i contacted customer care no., i was given so many numbers to talk with doctors but from that day i have called hundreds of time for replacing the medicine but no one from the company is responding in a responsible way till date... they r treating like a fraud company and are not even receiving my call... i was told to send image of medicine on whatsapp no. We had ordered No Addiction medicine from this company Tele One through telephone and even after 3 months course we didn't see any recovery and improvement.Even after that The People From Tele One Company Called every week requesting us to buy more medicine saying that there are other capsules for addiction free that will work for sure and we ordered it after their assurance but then they sent us wrong medicine intentionally for which...

i had a word with one of your female executive on 6october at 1:24pm for 23 seconds.Her way of talking was very disrespectful and rude.Then i talked with two seniors but no one bothered. It was a very bad experience. Teach some manner to your executives.
