Hi.. I am resident of Hebbal, Bengaluru North. There is a lot of disturbance from Sri Rama Bhajana Mandir during festivals and also all saturday evening for 3 hours. it is very disturbing for kids while studying and also people who work from home. Kindly treat this issue very seriously and remove these Bhajana Mandirs loud speakers. we are irritated to the core!!

My home is near Poonkodu mulluvila devi temple near vedivechankoil. These people are putting bhakti songs in loud speakers very loudly. I am a IT professional whose taking work from home is noy able to concentrate in work due to this loud noise. Today I'm writing this complaint in chingam 1.. Today morning 5am started this noise pollution now its 8am writing this.. I am not getting enough sleep because of this.. I know there won't be any action against this.. Even if i write this.. Even though doing for my satisfaction. Thanks and regards.

I am a resident of Devasandra, K R Pura from past 4 years I.e., stays in the rajarajeshwari temple road and live near to the rajarajeshwari temple.
It's became unfortunate for us to listen to loud songs played every morning at 6 am due to this no proper sleep and irregular head ache and no peace at all. Temple management is very rude and adamant behavior for not lowing down the sound. Kindly look into this and advice them to not to do so it will never disturb residents.

We are facing heavy noise pollution even after 10 30 pm because of a temple function (near ashok theater palayamkottai tirunelveli).
We are not able to study or sleep
Kindly take necessary actions

There is temple near our house named as Chikneshwar Mahadev Temple, situated at Sector 3, koparkhairne, Navi Mumbai Maharashtra.
The caretaker of the temple put the loudspeaker on super loud voice irrelevant of the timings and occasion.the loudspeaker will be on as early 5am in the morning and on days goes on till late midnight too. We can't take calls as in background the songs are clearly heated.we can't rest..kids can't study..when complained they did not any action and it's continued till date.
Kindly help us on the same

Dear sir I am citizen of SHAMRI sisan TEH GOHANA dis Sonipat Haryana in my village earlier few days playing a DJ and loudspeaker on tha tample named BABA BAD WALA TAMPLE sir it so noisily and against the court rules but peoples not giving any respect to the court.

We are facing a lot of trouble by the loud speakers near by our home by temples sripothuluri veerabrahmendra swamy temple and sri alivelamma temples in chandarlapadu village near nandigama in krishna district of andhra pradesh. They are making very loud noise than the prescribed decibles and timings. Please solve the issue.

This is the repeat complaint about the government termple located near I[censored] agreed or not Sarala devaraj is no 1 prosecute in Chengalpattu
Her husband himself certified. amar temple. The ADMK politicians inside the temple collecting money from publuc frequently during Prashoshams and Sivarathiri. No receipts given to that money. No expenses details also provided. Government must take strict action against this people and should not allow this people inside the temple. Thank u

There is a temple near us. They play recorded bhajans and sometimes self singing on speakers creating disturbance to all the residents. They can play those songs in the temple with speakers off, why do they want it on speakers to annoy everyone. They play it at 4 pm, 6 pm and even in the early morning at 6'o clock. This has been going on since 2015 and many have lodged complaints but all in vain. Many children have their board exams, govt. exams and they can't focus.
So, I request you to please take action against them.

A Complaint against a Temple playing ‘LOUD SPEAKER’ every day in the morning between 8:am to 8;30 which is Very Very Loud and is very piercing to my ears and cause me a headache, it doesn’t stop and play it every day. It is difficult, to concentrate on our respective works and affect my online classes. It also disturbs sleep in the morning.
we have requested many times to stop using loudspeakers but they never listen.

I request you to kindly take action against this blasting loudspeaker in our area and to remove it.

I am a resident of Visakhapatnam when I was traveling around temples in andra pradesh I went to mahanandi temple in nandyala city kurnool district there were no free toilets for men and women and there were few toilets nearby the temple with poor hygiene, they even collected 5 rupees per head .it's really inconvenient to the devotees who come from long distances and particularly in this covid time without proper cleaning it would bring more diseases .
I request you to take action regarding this issue and hope u understand the problem of devotees

Sir, there's a temple Mata vaishno devi temple which is used for renting to such kinds of people who eats fish etc. (i.e. Non vegetarian ) and the temple is closed always 24×7 basis for general public and it is just used by pandit only for residence and renting purpose.

Sir the land on which temple constructed is donated by a person ( Named Sh. Arun Tiwari ji) and the trustee built temple for general public and it is not a private trust/temple it is a public trust. The trustee appoint a person as pandit for puja path but after that the trustee are no more and the pandit occupy (kabja) the whole temple and using it for renting purpose and closed the temple for general public this facts can be evidenced / verified by all the neighborhood residents.

Sir if it is goes on like this after few time the temple will wholly converted into apartments by pandit because as of now it is used for Unauthorized construction also.

Sir, please take appropriate legal action and please appoint a real pandit who use the temple for religious purposes only.

Here in my locality, i am daily disturbed by the loud loudspeaker of the temple. It reaches loudly to my home. I do study at the morning but could not concentrate because of this loud noise.
Sir, please prohibit them from using loudspeaker. It is affecting my work potential.

There is temple near shivajinagar colony (Maruthi temple) and every day morning (6 to 7:30 am) they play very loud music, at my house i have a heart patient & i just return from night shift, we also have school going kids get prepared for their exams. Pls do take some action for this problem there are lot of kids suffering from this loud music played in early morning hours.

I would like to complaint about asanathan dhram mandir located at 160 sant nagar, eok, new delhi-110065 where loud music and speeches are given by mandir committee member4s along with pandit of mandir. Sgri rc sehgal resident of 159 and shri subhash malhotra resident of 199 who behave like goondas and are using mandir for their own benefits along with the pandit of mandir deliberately play sound at high decibels and the sound from 4 loudspeakers installed on roof of residential mandir projecting out in all directions is causing noise pollution. They play very loud music starting from the morning at 6 am and in evening till late night even after 10pm. It is so disturbing after coming from office and children cannot study because the serenity and peace of area is disturbed by them especially during navratra the sound is so high that it may cause some medical issues.. Kindly look into the matter and help us. The high decibel is against the hon’ble supreme court orders

Dear concern,

I am here to submit a complaint against a temple & temple's committee members. They use loudspeakers on high range any time. It disturb the environmental peace. The whole drama started @ 6 am or sometimes @5 am in the morning & last @ 7:30 or 8 am & in the evening as well & during sundays there is no time limit. Which is unbearable for many people. The ladies mandli chant bhajans with their dholki chaney. We tried to tell them to maintain some limit of speakers but committee members tell them to use the speakers @ loud voice only.

My name is rahul kumar. I live in kishore ganj, hsrmu road, ranchi. There was a temple built last year which has since then created a lot of issues for this neighbourhood area. The main issue is the amount of time they do the aarti. They continuously play aarti for 5 times in a day and that too on a very high pitch. This has created many issues for us. We complained to this new shyam mandir many times, they lower the sound few times but again play it on high pitch after a week or so. They continuously do this from 5_30 am which is very disturbing for many people in the area. Please do sonething about this shyam mandir near kisjoreganj ranchi. There management is also the worst.

We have problem with noise coming from temple as i already requested the concerned person to decrease the volume as i have to do night shift job and i am not getting sleep on proper time and again he is keeping sound since mrng 5-10am.. So please kindly take my request so that it will be better to all who are working night shift jobs... As it is diaturbing a lot.. If any festivals are there we can accecpt but daily he is torturing a lot with sound pollution..

The sanathan dhram mandir located in 161- sant nagar, east of kailash is totally controlled by shri r c sehgal, shri subhas malhotra and other self styled mandir committee members. These people on every day basis deliberately put the volume of loud speaker on highest pitch and it is very difficult for our children studying in class x andf xii to study. This is a regular practice and the loud speakers installed outside is also against hon,...

Temple is located in krishna district, andhra pradesh, mylavaram mandalam. Morning and evening creating so much of noise and distubance and causing unpleasent sleep and work and studies. It is very disturbing us and being very irritating... Please look after this and let us have get rid from this.

I live in delhi 110005 near karol bagh prem dhaba. There is a temple and they use loudspeakers in early morning at 3am to 7am.. They made so much noise that i am going to sick day by day because i didn't take sleep properly coz the reason is the temple loudspeaker... Please take the action seriously against this.in yhis area some are sick, students, elders, senior citizens all are disturbed from this..in the previous to previous year we complained for this but no one take action if there is a rule that we haven't use loudspeakers so why these peoples use loudspeakers.. They don't have any work so they slep in afternoon but we are working and in growing age we need proper rest an atleast a 8 hours sleep but for this we didn't slept properly.. Please do something is a request.

My house is next to mandir (Sanathan dharam) and the sound beyond the limits of hon'ble supream court orders is deafening and it is not possible for us to take any calls fr4o 5:00pm to 11:00pm. They fight and tell us that this happen in mandir and you can go wherever you want to. They are saying we take permission fro deputy commissioner - se delhi and they have full right to play loudspeaker at highest volume. This is sheer non imple, mentation of court orders and the loudspeakers installed on mandir room facing our house is very disturbing. They put mercury bulbs infront of our gate which may result in some accident.

I request this menace to be stopped and they be directed that sound of mandir be confined to mandir area only.

Everyday morning and evening templa played too loud music. During exam times kids disturbing lot. So many kids irritate that music during exam time.

Please try to avoid the music during this exam period after exams no problem for kids. We local resident people complaint so many times but there is no response. Temple church masjid everything important in life, but studies also important for modern india. Please help us to avoid those sounds. Its all residents humble request

There is a saint tukaram temple in lohegaon area of pune where people have celebration in the monthe of feb. Whole night people keep on singing kirtans and prayer songs at a really loud sound which is very irritating. They dont stop even after 11pm. Also the same begins at 5 am in the morning. Please take some action on this.
