Hi I have given the flat to tenant
My tenants has not been paying last month rent rent which is 37000 and further they have broken my gas stove costed me 3000 and have done theft in my house taken my pressure cooker COSTED ME 2000 and some items like utensils and rent.
Overall 45000

They have neither receiving my calls nor replying to my message at all.
They initially told me that they will moving to another society no they are residing here only in this society
Till Feb 4 2025 they were in 131 after so much of argument they vacated mine
And after vacating they are doing like this . As a result of this I have also blocked the amount that I have transferred to them which is of Rs 90000. Since they are not agreeing to pay for electricity bill, water bill. They were residing for 9months in my flat and after putting that in the rental agreement that either party can give 2 months notice. They are telling me that I have vacated them illegally and that's why they are not willing to pay for any damages done. My lights are removed, stove removed, wall fitting ac hole happened, drilling happened. I have just asked that whatever period that they have stayed which is of 9 months instead of 11 months . Pay me the liable amount of 9 month only and last 1 month rent and the amount of damages done

    Complaint on house owner

    Our house owner is middle-aged widow lady name is Veena Mahesh Gowda & having one son studying in high school
    She is lady hitler, rude speaking, sometimes behaves like mental
    She is having lot of attitude, jealous on goodlooking lady tenants
    She doesn't speak with same aged ladies
    She does ### work at home but no timings

    She kept affairs with many middle aged married gents who comes & goes...

    I was staying in a room located in rajaji street, mahatma gandhi nagar, taramani, ch-113 from 11.7.2018 to 1.31.2021/ due to Corona we (3 people - 2 of them left on March 22nd and i left from room on Apr 4th) moved to home town on 4.4.2020. but we kept our belongings in room. So we paid full rental amount during these period with EB charge rs.7 per unit. We asked house owner we are not there why we have to pay EB, he said that's for Veranda light (we stayed in 1st floor and owner is in Ground floor). And we informed him to vacate the room (i mean to vacate our things and hand over the room to them) on Feb 2nd week at Jan beginning but he has deducted the advance amount for Feb month too. Note: at Corona time i lost my job but still we paid our rent without delay. But he didn't reduce rent and didnt give our advance amount properly as he agreed

    He has one Common EB service for all 5 houses with sub-meter and he has common water motor too.

    Here I've attached the message he sent to me for reg- Rent, EB, water details as he charged to us. We sent the rental amount through online banking to his bank account on or before 5th of every month.

    Also I've attached his EB service card. Pls review these and take necessary action to these greedy house owners.

      Dear sir,
      I am pankaj kumar working at hyderabad in the private company and suffering for tenant to vacate the flat at visakhapatnam. The flat number is 505 vamsadhara block-3, harita housing project.
      I own the flat at harita housing project (Back side of ramnaidu studio) and given it for rent to mr. Meesala srinivasa rao whose aadhaar number is[protected] and his phone no is [protected].
      Last 3 month neither he had paid the rent and neither he is vacating the flat and whenever calling he is not responding or if sending any text message he does not reply the same.
      If i called with some other number and by mistake he response he will give the fake commitment which will be never fulfilled.
      Presently i stay at hyderabad on private job.
      I would to request you that please help in the scenario where i am not interested to keep this gentleman and get the house back from the same person.

        Hi sir/madam,
        My previous tenant named sunil kumar m, stayed in my house for rent at no. 21, 17th cross, akshaya ngr 2nd block, rm ngr, bangalore 16, till 12 th of aug 2017. He did not pay the bescom (Electricity) and bwssb (Water & sewage) bills before he vacate the house. The oustanding bescom bill is 7764 and the bwssb bill is 71323. When i try to reach his mobile he is not responding to my call and also not responding to my whatsapp message. Please let me know how can proceed further to solve this issue. I can prove his stay of tenancy for the bescom and bwssb outstanding bills.

            Sir, We are residents of Plot No. 45, Nayakranthi Nagar, Kapra, ECIL. There is no drinking water supply in our area since 10 days and this is recurrently happening. Moreover, whenever we try to call customer care on no. 155313 with regard to the same, there is no response at all anytime. It is really causing great inconvenience to us as without proper supply of drinking water for days, we are compelled to face a lot of hardships. Our water connection no. (CAN) is[protected] in the name of Mr. V. Rama Mohan Rao, Plot-45, Nayakranthi Nagar, Kapra, ECIL. Kindly look into the matter and arrange to supply drinking water in our area once in 3-4 days or atleast once in 4-5 days.. Awaiting an immediate action in this regard.

              We have given our property on rent for residence purpose in the month of June 2014. We have agreement with us. Property is in Mumbai. Now tenant wants to vacate the residence due to water shortage. We have no objection to it. We told him to vacate the house and the day when he handovers our keys we will pay his balance deposit in cash if he does not want cheque. But he want his deposit first to be given to him, then after 5 days he will vacate our rented house. We don't have trust that he will vacate our house even if we return his deposit. Since last two months he has not paid rent also. Please suggest us solution for this issue.

                Tenant — Tenant doesn't pay money

                My tenant has not given rent + maintenance + electricity charge( he used & it comes more than 3000Rs!!!)
                he has not given any deposit & what cheque he had given .. got bounced n from then he is creating problem. does not respond to my phone calls.. emails etc. He already left the apartment after so many issues & chasing of months without paying anything
                Please suggest how should i proceed as im nt staying in india.
