This is T vasu from Portblair. I have purchased ugc net paper 1 and paper 2 psychology on 29 march . Sir it was promised to be provided psychology first week of april and i have call recording also by Rahul Gupta from textbook. And till now no reply from your customer care, helpline. Si i want my refund....

When I purchased my test series pack that time previous years papers were there. It was part of my pack. Now you created a new feature naming PRO. Do not you think, this is one kind of cheating. Do not give me new features but once I paid for something you are telling again to pay for that. Not a appreciable work....

Testbook forces us to again upgrade their pro pass for same services they provided when we purchased their testbook pass for example- first they offer all access to pyqs in their pass now they asking money to upgrade and access pyqs. This is violation of rules for asking more money for same service. Please help...

I bought testbook pass in October 2022 for three years but now they have launched a new product testbook pass pro in April 2022. When I bought previous year papers were included in the pass but now it's only available with pass pro and testbook is forcing us to buy pass pro just to get the features that were already in the pass. Why should students suffer for their malpractices....
