The company send a membership card for rupees 4500 with fake promises over phone call but when I received it the terms and conditions were completely different from what they promised over phone ....

The said company has called the customer and said that they proved the road side assistance till 15 years and also provide a card . I received the card for payment of Rs 4500 on date Oct 24, 2021. And when I called them they do not pick up the phone ...
Kindly take necessary action against this fraudulent company and return back my amount.

Parcel send above company through your courier service is fraud and payment in cash Rs.4500.00 to delivery boy has been paid . So stop the payment of parcel sender. Pl.return the parcel and return my money. Pl. Investigate this matter.
