I have done the many follow and reminder emails to [protected]@thedelhihaat.com and [protected]@gmail.com with regards to delivery for my product. But no response. hence decided to make consumer complaints. ...

I ordered 1 thermometer gun on 14th march cost 1719 from delhi haat online. Still looking for my product and no update from delhi haat.

I have paid an amount of inr. 1719/- for digital thermometer infrared on march 17, 2020, on your website thedelhihaat.com but did not get the delivery?

It's been more than 4 months since they did not deliver the product....

We have placed order for ir thermometer on 13th march and i had paid online at the same time. But till now after so many mails, neither the product is delivered nor my money refund is made. Not getting any answer from them. My order id is : #dh3150. Please help me to get my money refund from these cheaters....

I have ordered one Thermal Tharmometer on 16.03.20 from the delhi Haat website https://thedelhihaat.com/ and online paid Rs. 1719/-. I have not received this material yet after so many reminders through mail....

I had purchased Digital Infrared Thermometer from Delhihaat.com in early March 2020. They showed it will be delivered within 2 days. But it didn't come for more than 2 months. During covid also their website showed 1 day delivery for covid products which included Thermometer. They don't have any contact number and they never reply e-mails. They sent me Thermometer inspite of my repeated requests to cancel the order and they never refunded...

Paid in advance for a drone costing rs 4557/- on 2nd april, received acknowledgement for the same... After that no response from them for 20days. Absolutely no response after placing my order and after paying them in full.

Its been more than a month since i placed my order and have not received my product yet.

I'm constantly mailing their support team and nobody bothers to reply.

I'm looking for a refund. I don't need their product anymore.

I do not know how they're running the company with such terrible professional etiquette,...

This is a fraud website. They took advance payment via razor pay and are not responding now, mailed them but no response. Haven't received my product nor any dispatch details of the same.

I had placed an order (Order #dh1722) for drone of rs 1999 @ delhihaat.com.
On 18th oct 2019.

As there was no response from them for quite sometime, i had followed up with them and they told me that they cannot fulfill the order.

They told that they will refund the money but the refund never arrived.

They are now responding to my email (8) about the refund.
