I ordered a Tile Filler by seeing their online Ad, and cancelled the order before it was shipped as i saw its price is three times more than the price in FlipCart. But they are not ready to cancel the order. Every on line purchase portal have option to cancel the order.

This company fraud with me of rupees 10000/- to give a delivery franchise.

The company name “the home shop 24” running website “thehomeshop24.com” an e-commerce website said to provide the distributorship for the hyderabad area to distribute their online products to their customers who booked products from hyderabad region. For that they asked to deposit a security amount of 50000 rupees (Fifty thousand rupees) which is fully refundable and a registration of 2000 rupees (Two thousand rupees). Which was explained by kapil sharma, pavan gupta, avani jain, and anu sharma who frequently use to contact with me with the mobile number given in the website and the application present in the google play store.
As a part of registration, i paid 2000 rupees through razor pay payment gateway and the remaining amount of 50000 rupees in the company bank account through phone pay transfer. Before the payment they had provided me their company bank account details and also provided the pictures of company workshop and the company registration details with gst registration number. After the payment only the pawan gupta was in contact remaining people switched off their mobile. When asked they said they had problem in software. They had sent me the parcel to initiate the beginning of work. They told there are no bookings from your area. Then i ask them to cancel my agreement and refund of security amount and they said that the company norms have changed so once you deposit 75000 rupees (Seventy-five thousand rupees) they will return the security amount. So, i paid them through phone pay transfer again. He said that the amount will be refunded within 48 hours and will be credited into your bank account. But they are not responding.
I have the proof of payment and their conversation on whatsapp and my mail and also have recorded telephonic conversations with me.

Kushi she is from ths24. She send me the agreement from email that she give frenches for home delivery, deposit rs.30, 000 as per i send the money. After 2 days she will tell to pay more rs.20, 000 for rs.50, 000 for city's level deposit so i will send the money. Than after one week she send me the phone no mr pawan gupta. He is the incharge of this department. That day he will send me the agreement from ths24 that u have to pay rs.75, 000 for deposit. Balance u have to pay rs.25, 000. Than i told to refund. He call me and explain that you will pay rs 25, 000 than you have to start delivery in your area. Than i send rs 25, 000. After that he called me, you will send the money that ac no is blocked. So you have to send another ac no. After 5 day. I send another rs.25, 000. Total amount i send 1 lakhs. After 2 days i called mr pawan gupta he tell me that you want money back you have to send rs.5, 000. So i called to pawan gupta that please send my money back. He will not responding.
