Dear sir,
My self Ramanuj Dwivedi, I have booked a hotel room of my guest Ms Vaishali Mishra in The Westin Garden City Mumbai and I have deposited 15k for extras for food, the check in was 5th sep 23 and checkout was 7th sep 23 after the checkout only 1100 bill was extra, after that its more than 25 days I am continuously email and call the hotel, Ms Bidya Singh & Joshua Mathias replied my email they are giving me false commitments...

This is to inform you that.The hotel has charged us on the card for an amount which was to be refunded .
We has a stay on 14 th April 2023 and checked out on 15thbApril 2023.
My wife's card was shipped with an extra amount and when billed clearly mentioned the mount will be refunded to the guest.Its August 2023 and there is no sign of the same.When we call ur desk they transfer us to accounts then the accounts transfer us back...

Expire Product in Minibar
Dear Sir;
I Stayed in the hotel on 15.10.2021 and i open the mini bar to consume red bull but to mu surprise i found it to be an expired one and i immediately compalint to the service desk.
Being such a big brand and after regular staying here its a very bad experience with such a reputed hotel

hi i am a member of starwood privilege club with your Westin group of hotels, mumbai . At the time on membership i received an email from westin about the benefits of membership, which included few dining discounts at hotel Le Meriden, mumbai. now i have been informed that I can no more use my voucher of Le meridien Hotel as the hotel is taken over by Hilton group of hotels.
The voucher was offered to me when I became a member of Westin and now suddenly I am informed I can no more use it.
I request to be compensated for the loss of my vouchers.
for the same i called up head of the department in mumbai Mr yogesh and even emailed him but i didn't get any reply from him for more than a month, finally i called him up to know the status & refused to talk on the matter & he is telling me he will give me a buffet dinner voucher only if i renew my membership.
the point is y will i renew my membership which such a hotel which does not fulfill its commitment .
My membership no is[protected] & it expires in December so kindly let me know how am I going to be compensated before I renew the membership again.

anyone thinking of being member with Westin plz change ur mind as once ur become the member they dont even listen to ur complains

Postman refused to deliver mails
Dear Sir,
This is to inform you that today (26/08/09) at 1135 hrs. the postman who came to deliver the mail at our office refused to wear the "Visitor Pass" issued by our Security Guard. He added that in future he would not deliver any mails to our office if he had to go through this rigmarole.
He was then spoken to by me, I told him that he did not have to go through this process since he was a government employee, he could just show his Government issued identity card, but he bluntly refused and said that he does not carry his ID card with him and gave a reason that he feared that he might loose it and reiterated that he would never deliver the mails in future. On asking his name, he replied that we could ask anyone about him in that area and later reluctantly gave his name as Mr. Shinde.
I was disappointed to see such a behavior from a government servant. I hope you take stringent action against this Postman.
