I have made payment for a Seagate harddisk and it's been more than a week they are still saying the same story that product is in transit but not sure from where. I ordered with them only after getting confirmation from their sales team multiple times. Not sure what to do. Writing just mails to them with no proper response.

I bought a Canon E560 printer from www.theitdepot.com on[protected] and received the product on[protected].
From day one it had major paper jamming and printing issues.
On canon website it says as the product warranty has expired. This seems like a used product.
I called the support phone number many times and nobody answered.
I emailed them many times [protected]@theitdepot.com on may 21st, 2020. Nobody has resonded till now even after repeatedly asking them for clarity.
I have wasted my money and time on this vendor.

Corsair Memory sticks DDR3/DDR4 etc as I write on this today come with 10 years Lifetime Warranty in India. This is specifically mentioned under warranty terms on Corsair Global Website.

Despite online sellers and/or their suppliers are offering only 5 Years warranty. e.g. This product listing on https://www.theitdepot.com/details-Corsair+Value+Select+4GB+(1+x+4GB)+DDR3+1600M...⇄

This is incorrect and not in favor of the consumer. Buyers are expected to take a note of this wrong warranty period as mentioned on some online shopping sites in India.

I ordered a wacom pen tab from itdepot.com , i paid Rs3100 through debit card. they confirmed the payment.. but did not confirmed my order as they did not send any order number,shipping details,shipping date etc.. i complained about this to thier customer support email address,but there was no reply from them..i think this is a fraud site,, i have not received my order details, they took payment but are not sending me my order details. mohit

I had ordered a Power Supply Unit online from theitdepot.com.

They sent me not only different model than ordered but the item was not working at all. I called them immediately and they said to return the product.

I sent them back immediately by speed post. After 15 days they are saying that product can not be replaced because manufacturer says that warranty is void because item was opened / warranty seal was broken. I told them that why would I open or break the warranty ?. I requested them to give me new piece or refund the money but they decided to do fraud and refused to solve the issue.

I have come to know that such fraud are increasing particularly when seller is at remote place somewhere.

I would like to bring into attention everybody to not buy anything from indian online store in particular from theitdepot.com.
