I placed an order paid online product was not delivered yet

Now the website is diapered...

I orderd 3 shirts from thesnapygirls site but the are not reply my mails and my phone calls.the estimate delivery time is 19august .they don't give any order status

I placed an order on thesnapygirls.com and the amount was 1300 approx which was charged but i have not received my order yet and now their website is gone...and they r not replying back to my emails as well...

I ordered few shirts and paid the amount and even got a confirmation mail from their side that my order is confirmed and i will get it by 13 august but when i visited their website again it was gone ...it's not working...
