Madam/Dear Sir,

I have subscribed Byjus membership for my ward (Name- Khushal) for 7th standard at Byjus centre at Bikaner, Rajasthan.

At the time of subscription his representative told us that we have to pay monthly fees from my subscribed account and if we want, we can cancel membership anytime.

We have paid Rs 10, 000/- initially at the time of subscription and one time part fees of Rs.7, 833/- also deducted from my account. But, we don't get the committed results for my ward as his representative told us at the time of subscription. So, I mailed to Byjus for cancellation to the provided mail IDs as well as contacted through mobile.

Till the point there is no matter, but, now the twist is that I am continuously receiving call from a finance company and his representative told me that his company sanctioned a loan to me for Byjus membership subscription and I am a defaulter as I have not paying EMI.

My issues are that I have not taken any loan for this subscription as I have already given my personal account number and second one is that I want to cancel the Byjus membership.

You are requested to please help me and kindly do the needful for cancellation of this subscription.

This is informed to you, last email of yours came on dated 05th september 2022, in which it was written that by Wednesday, you give time and your fee refund will be done. But till now no response has come from your side. If any refund is being processed from your side, then please tell us how long the refund will be, write its reply in the email otherwise we will have to take some action now. Because now our patience is answering, no one is saying anything on your behalf. It seems that no work is being done in the process of your fee refund.

I had subscribed to Byjus plan for Falaq. Class 6th

I have reiterated several times that I don't wish to continue my plan with Byjus. Mr. Karthikeyan Employee ID - TNL21837127 had informed me that till Oct 7th 2021 my trial period for Byjus will be given. But however I decided to cancel the plan by Sep last week.

I expressed this to Byjus that I want to cancel my membership. But they refused to do so saying it is a 15 day trial period. I was informed that my trial for Byjus ends on oct 1st week by Mr. Karthikeyan and now suddenly there is a change of information from Byjus end. Pls cancel it.. And pls cancel the loan also from your end. I am tired of receiving calls from Byjus and Aditya Birla group.

Dear Byjus,

I had raised a cancellation request of the Byjus premium subcription that I took for My son Dheeraj Gowda BC for 8th, 9th and 10th Standard on 20th of september. It is within 15 days as per your policy and the ticket number I got is '22593829'. I have clearly mentioned all the details of the cancellation.
The cancellation person responsible for this is Rakshith Naik. He said, he will do it on 6th October. But till now there is no update on it and he has stopped responding. I know he is deliberately doing this. Please refund my money. My child has attended only 4 online classes. After that he has stopped everything. This is really painful.

I had purchased byjus programme for std 6 to 12 for my daughter from think and learn pvt ltd. Cost of programme is 1 lakh. I paid 10000 cash and 5000 by cheque. Counsellor told me remaining amount will be paid by ecs from my bank account. I signed some papers given by him. While taking programme i was told my child will get practice worksheets according to her school syllabus. When i approached byjus mentor for worksheets she told she can not provide me worksheets. Total cost taken is for tablet and memory cards only. Also i find that some people's are getting byjus at very cheaper price. As i am not satisfied with the product i want to stop my further payment to byjus. I should also get refund 15, 000 rs which i have paid.
