Thomson washing machine Motor Complaint

The washing machine powers ON and control panel functions normally; however, the motor does not rotate. There was no physical or liquid damage. The issue appears to be due to voltage fluctuation/surge affecting the motor or motor control system. Kindly register the complaint under Voltage Surge Damage....

I have purchased Thomson 4K LED TV on Feb 2022 and suddenly display stopped working on Oct 2023 without any touch.

In 1.5 years 30K seems to wasted on Thomson because of Flipkart showing this product as 4.2 Star and exclusive on Flipkart but its not good in terms of Panel, Motherboard Hardware.

Recently, I have complained on their given customer service number but no complain taken on call so done via Email and they want payment 1st before technician visit so I have done payment online 550Rs since last 1 week but no reply Or complain taken from their Support.

Whenever I tried to call support they told only one thing "I have escalate to team and they reply you in 48 hours." Very poor and pathetic service, Very Slow, Ir-responsive support, No parts available, etc.

I am so much frustrated so please do not buy Thomson products because its providing in less price but after sales so much headache and not durable products.

DONT BUY ANY THOMSON PRODUCT!! VERY POOR QUALITY & SERVICE TOO!!!

    We booked Thomson semi automatic washing machine from Flipkart on October 14, 2023. They sent washing machine on October 26, 2023, which was leaking water. We complained to Thomson through Flipkart website, but there was no response. I had called more than 100 times over a period of a 15 days, either they don't pick the call or drop the call or give excuse. Then we wrote an email to the customer care and they sent mail with complaint number D01150. Then they sent a technician, he found the drum to be defective and he wrote in his report for replacement. Then next day another technician came and he also found it to be defective. He also wrote same thing in his report. Now it is more than 1 month and the customer care is pathetic, either they don't pick the call or when they pick they say it will take 3 days or 5 days, etc. Today, November 27, 2023, I had called them and today they are saying they need another 10 days as the parts is unavailable. They don't want to replace washing machine, now they are saying they can't even replace parts. I had sent several emails and had called more than 150 times in a span of 1 month and they have hardly picked my call 10 times. I request Thomson India to either improve their customer care or shutdown their company in India. We had not even used the washing machine even once.       I want to bring to your kind notice that I am facing problems with the top load washing machine. The problem in the product is that gear box do not work in wash tub/ spin as told by service executive . The compliant about this was already registered to customer services centre vide Complaint No.-DLU5010323W56484, Complaint Registration Date 01.Mar 2023. It has been more than 01 month, no resolution to problem has been given till date. Since the product is under warranty. You requested to send your engineer either to set it right or replace it immediately otherwise i will move to consumer court and seek help from a consumer protection agency.

        Few months back only Bought 9A series Thomson TV which is not functioning well since it was delivered and since last 2 weeks not getting switched on only. It's in warranty. Several time wrote emails and calls to Thomson customer care but no one is listening my issue. Now really feeling helpless and cheated. Kindly help me in resolving my issue.

            I put complaint in customer care that my TV scree got black(not working) and from then almost 45 days are gone still not aware when they will going to replace, since this is within the guarantee period.

              Black patches appeared on the screen. logged complaint. Technician visited and told patches are due to dust. Now, customer care is asking Rs.2950/- as Panel cleaning and transportation charges, for the dust that had appeared due to visible gaps in the tv panel which is in turn a manufacturing defect. The cc themselves told that opening the panel involves risk casing damage to the screen but also suggesting the same at the expense of the consumer(Doc 1 -cc mail attached). The CC say that dust aint covered in warranty which is completely false (ref their warranty policy: https://thomsonhome.in/warranty-information/#:~:text=For%20Thomson%20TV, purchaser%20of%20the%20TV%20set.) I made several attempts in making them understand the problem but they threatened me of closing the complaint if iam not ready to pay. I was mentally harassed become they disconnect my calls and never reply to my mail too. I need replacement for this faulty tv and i completely rely on this system.

                    There is also no acknowledgement from "Thomson side" of my grievance.
                    I am very much feeling very bad & shocked about this type of behavior from Thomson service. This is such a poor and pathetic service, completely unexpected from someone like Thomson organization.

                        Display panel of Thomson OATHPRO Series 108 cm (43 inch) Ultra HD (4K) LED Smart Android TV with Dolby Digital Plus (43 OATHPRO 2000) got horizontal & vertical lines of 1.5 inch in width.
                        Within 50 days o[censored]ses which is under warranty but Thomson claim it is damage and not covered under warranty, but technician explain that it is, it is a thermal crack from heat (an internal failure) not impact damage.
