While purchasing cold drink seller asking 5 rupees extr saying it is being charged as it is cold.

I bought thumps up at ₹15 which is written as ₹10 as MRP but Deepu shop near bank more state bank of India is selling at ₹15, and when I asked about the MRP, he blames distributer and asked to complaint in consumer court
