Fraudulent Recovery of INR 5890 and Harassment

I have been using Tikona broadband since oct 2020. There internet service was really bad every year there is no procedure to stop there service. Even if annual plan completes they start charging money after completion. I tried to stop there service by phone call and email but there there was no proper response as they keep charging fees and we have to renew there plan after there many calls....

Following is the series of events which happened:

before and on 24 March 2020
I had a 10MBPS plan and had complained about slow internet speed. I received a message of "Problem Resolved" on my phone but the problem still persisted. (Email screenshot attached)

26 March 2020
I had recently migrated to 60 mbps plan since i had raised several complaints about 10mbps plan. I was still getting max 4 to...

threatening calls for money

It is worst broadband service, after i paid all the dues and returned all their equipment, now they are calling asking for more money, even though i have screenshots of my payment. It is just a big fraud company. This company should be ban. They are threatening me personally, i don't feel safe. Please take action as soon as you can. I have proof of my payments and their company reputation is worst, i don't understand how these types of companies...

denying for refund and disconnection

I took connection of Tikona internet on 23 July with advance rental plan of six months and my Tikona user ID is [protected].
Connection was installed on 23rd and engineer told to pay re 3533 after that speed can be checked, and payment was done but services started on 24 th afternoon after contacting the service engineer again and again.
From 26 July to 21 aug when I finally decided to discontinue with the services I made more...
