I am Mr. K.R.S. Raghavan. I have been subscripting for Times of India. recently I have shifted my Residence from 173/6, Venugopal Street, east Mogappair, Chennai - 600 037 to No.32, Ist Floor, Thirumalaiappa Street, Purasaiwalkam, Chennai - 600 007. The same was infomed to the agent Mr Sanjay, who inturn informed me that change of address has been noted on 16.02.16 itself and that I will be receiving the paper regularly. But More than 20...

Since last 2 months, I am trying to reach Times of India CRM team to deliver the paper in my IIT madras address but they dont listen and respond at all....I dont know now what to do further...

News paper was expected to be delivered at my new address from July 01, 2012 but it has not been...

I stay at Porvorim & our vendor of TOI is Mr. Mohan Aital. He has been delivering TOI to us at 9 am in the morning. By this time all o[censored]s are out to office & we do not get any subscription benefit. I had requested Mohan to deliver paper at least by 8 am so that we can glance through it but in vain.
Subsequently I spoke to Mr. Masurkar ([protected]) who handles Porvorim area about the same. He also has not done anything.br...

I have been subscribing to TOI for the last two-three years.

On 22/7/10, Mr. Balamurugan with ToI I-card came to our house, collected the money for annual subscription, and gave a receipt against one year subscription (From Aug 10 to July11).
The order No. is NAD 091778.

I asked for the vendor's coupon. He told me that he would contact the vendor and there is no need to give any coupons to him....

I have shifted my house from East tambaram to rajkilpakkam and i have sent an email to CRMteam of time of india about the address on 16th march and still now the not action has been taken to restore my subscription.
Despite numerours follow-up over phone and emails i don't see any action taken by the time of india group to resolve issue. I even spoke to Area sales manager Mr.Ramesh shanmuganatha and also forwarded the emails...

I have subscribed of 6 month subscription of Time of India @ 175 dated 7th Jan 2010. I have been promised that I will receive newspaper from 16th Jan till 6 month. Today , 2nd February’10 No papers till date. I called many times TOI executive ( Mr. Shravan) and his boss (Mr Satish) for the same reason everyday.
