On 10th of August we visited Tipsy Bull @ Indiranagar, Bengaluru. We were charged 7.5% service charge on our bill. We requested the staff to remove the service charge as we were really not happy with their service. Their staff requested us not to do so as this money goes to all the staff members. That staff member went on to tell us that it is mandatory to pay service charge at their place. However, we told him it is our wish to pay the service...

I said them to remove ans they said you should have read the board this is the rule we will apply....
