Dear Sir, I had a dharshan on 26.05.22 around 3 pm . During the Dharshan time, the Male Volunteers are not behaving properly, and behaving like Rowdies . ( even the Lady Volunteers also ) . Just they are pulling and pushing with a force, where we are unable to worship the God, Lord Venkateshwara peacefully . This is too bad . Please Advice your Volunteers not to behave like this in future . This made me verymuch upset and Unable to do the dharshan properly . I am verymuch unhappy with the Volunteers Behaviour . I request you, pl go thro the Web cam Footage . I am waiting for your Favourable reply .

      I have booked rooms on at tirupati and tiruvannamalai for the day of 21/09/2021.
      the website asked for the caution deposit and will be returned after vacating. TTD is doing a fraud in the name of god balaji and not returning the caution deposit amount after vacating the rooms. I request immediate action, if not will file a case at consumer court.

        I booked a room for myself and for my family members with Booking No. IA[protected] for stay on - StartDate :
        [protected] EndDate :[protected]. We were alloted room in 'Kousthubam Rest House' Room no. 329

        On vacating, we were told that the deposit of Rs. 1000 /- wouldbe made to my Bank account, however I haven't recieved any deposits yet. It pains to see such negligence being shown towards pilgrims.

        Please do the needful.

            Today (11.1.21.)midnight I got free dharshan ticket. Ticket issue the date 0f 14.1.21. Hence I approached CRO office for room for halt at the time near 0.30 AM . At there a receptionist rudely refused my obligation to stay at the mid night. Rooms are available at the time. But he refused my obligation. Hence I took untold hardship and loss at the mid night. My dharshan ticket booking no is SSD[protected] and my name is N.kulasekaran. so kindly take action to rectify this issues

            I got free dharshan ticket on 11.01.21 and issued the date of 14.1.21. at the mid night I approached CRO office for room to stay. But the receptionist rudely refused me to stay the room. I request continuously at the mid night. But he again and again refused my request. Hence I took untold hardship and lose at the mode night. So kindly take action as soon as possible.

              I have booked for accommodation and special darshan on[protected].
              For accommodation between[protected] to[protected] and paid rs. 2, 400/- and
              For special darshan rs. 600/-.
              Now, due to carona virus there is lock down in entire country and we are not in a position to come to tirupati. I therefore, request you goodselves to kindly arrange to refund the amounts paid by me. So that, i can re-book my accommodation and darshan after normalicy has come back.

                I booked a ticket far accomodation on tirumala and the date is[protected] on 5-2-19. While booking the transaction lapsed but the amount from bank has been debited. So please refund my amount for the ac no [protected]
                Ifsc code orbc0102118 please credit my amount as soon as possible and if not we ll take immediate action as money is not a small thing.

                  I got a room at nandakam rest house.
                  I have my camera in my bag which was kept in room alloted to me.
                  I lost it and i could not found it beacause of no vigilance services and i have i have lost the cash which was kept in that bag now who is resposible for that, i think its ttd is only responsible. Beacause they havent provided the cctv services in the nandakam rest house.

                    As i was booking room for accomodation, while booking i was the only person present over there and my family was to come in an hour.
                    After standing for more than an hour i cleared the queue and given the form to fill the details for accomodation. But when i was going to submit my form then the gate person stop me and behaved so rudely like it was so embarising. He said that for availing room every member has to present there and showed me a poster which stated as "no room for single person".
                    So what does this sentence mean? As per my understanding it says that no rooms are given for single person.
                    I am so hurted that can't explain it was so insulting they tore my form and shouted on me.

                    If the sentence mean different then it should be more clear like "while booking rooms every member should be present there".

                    Is this india? Is this why we piligrims visit tirupati?

                    I want that the people who are guiding piligirms should behave. They are normal human and we are as well.

                    I want my complain to be taken on priority and resolved asap.

                      Lovely experience when i went there b4 2years
                      Hello I have booked online accommodation from the TTD online booking site. amount of Rs 2000/- was deducted from my SBI account but the receipt for room was not generated. In the details it was showing transaction failed. Requesting the Devasthanam to refund the money to the bank. Hope the TTD will do the needful and refund the amount.

R prasad booked my tickets for accomodation and cancelled due to death of my brother but i dint get my refund money till now booking id:ia[protected] ; in vishnu nivasam onbooking date:- 7/11/2017 accomodation date:-20/12/2017 in the name of ch s vani voter id:yav0326322 and ch v v r prasad voter id: yav0482539 and the other one booked on 12/11/2017 for accomodating date on 18/11/2017 booking id:ia[protected] in the name of ch v v r prasad adhar number given is[protected] but the changed one is[protected] and banala hymavathi adhar number :[protected] and the other booking is done on 29/10? 2017 on accomodating date is 18/12/2017 booking id:ia[protected] in the name ch ravi shankar pan card:bhupc1223m and banala madhuri adhar num:[protected] and the other booking for madhavam is done on 29/10/2017 accomodating date is 17/12/2017 booking id:ia[protected] in the name of ch v v r prasad pan card:cyqpp4950c and ch satyavani pan card:fvnps0037q but i dint get my refund please go through these bookings.

                          आज तिरुपति लोकल +300rs.दर्शन मे केवल चैक पोईन्ट से बिर्ज तक २:४५घंण्टे लगे ईससे तो अच्छा था कि दो घंण्टे तक रुम मे बेठा देते खाली थे।पैदल वालो के साथ भी यही हो रहा है पहले हि घुमा फिरा कर लास्ट से अंदर बाडते है, ओर उुपर से खडे रखते आप के पास वायर लेस फोन है जब तक बि्रज से निचे ऊतर जाये दर्शानारथी तब तक बैठाये रखे लाईन मे मत खडे रखो हाथ जोडकर विनती करता हुं ।

                            Dear Sir, I just want to bring to your kind notice regarding the bad experience which we felt while Darshanam. Through TV Channels we came to know that Darshanam for pedestrian pilgrims is happening within 2 hours.So, we planned for pedestrian Darshanam on Sunday. On Sunday(i.e,[protected] we started by walk from Alpiri at around 7:00 AM and reached Tirumala at around 1:30 PM. After reaching we thought to have free meals so, reached Anaprasadam counter around 2:30 PM and it took us one hour to reach there.Anyways we had a good food and came back to Divya Darshanam counter. Around 4:00 PM we got into Divya Darshanam Counter and they have allocated us Q.28 compartment. Before going to Divya Darshanam counter they have provided us one plate of Sambar rice and one cup of milk. At around 6:45PM we came to know that Darshanam timings for us is 11:30 PM. We were surprised after hearing that. We thought Darshanam will complete in maximum 2 hours. But surprisingly they have informed us that it will take 7.5 hours for Darshanam. Please think i am a lady and my small kid age is 3 years we walked all the way 9 kms. Legs were paining horribly and my kid has started crying from 6:30 PM that he need something to eat. Unfortunately no snacks was there with us and we have tried to go out and get something for him but, compartment gates has been locked no faculty is hearing to us about our problem. So, in that condition we were not able to wait till 11:30 PM we came back to home with out Darshanam. At the same time a big incident happened in Q.26&27 compartment that the pilgrims has broken water pipes as they got angry because they have entered into compartment around 1:00 PM and till 6:30 PM they didn't get chance to have Darshanam. About your faculty - Literally they are just thinking pilgrims as dogs and they are treating them in the same way. They are not giving minimum respect to pilgrims . It's very bad. By looking into our difficulties one compartment supervisor informed us to raise a complaint on first Friday in the month. So, that they will take care of this kind of issues and because of you at least other pilgrims won't affect like this.I am sure will do this. My sincere request for you is 1. Please plan the Darshanam timings for pedestrian pilgrims ASAP. 2. In compartments if you think it will get late for Darshanam provide some food so that kids and old age people won't get affect. 3. Please educate your employees how to deal pilgrims. Regards,

                              Hi, My Name is Sunil, I booked 300/- special tickets 6 (1800/-) for my family members through online wide reference no.'[protected]' dated May 27, 2015. Due to system error payment was debited from by credit card but transaction got unsuccessful i.e. without getting the tickets i have been charged. I sent many mails/reminder to [protected]@tirumala.org and [protected]@tirumala.org. Also contacted many times at customer care of online TTD. Request support to get the refunds.

                                  My self & my wife along with 3 Children went for ttd venkateshwara darshan standing in a que at 8am on 28.10.12 and we walk around 5 km and made darshan finally at18:30 hrs in The evening. They have stopped The que line for every 2 minutes and after entering in to The temple they have deployed people to push The crowd and we could not have proper darshan for at least 3 seconds. TTD has to plan to reduce our waiting time and to increase darshan time then only people say tdd has done effectively. I feel very unhappy about The ttd service.

                                  I bought a kurta paijama for which the shopkeeper was asking for a high price and did not take a Rs.500 note just because it had some colours on it. He simply returned the note. The auto and jeep drivers are charging higher than an acceptable range. This is absolutely ridiculous.
