I bought a frame with lens from Titan eyeplus on 21 01 2022. I went to the US with those glasses and while I was there, the handles of the frame came loose and disconnected and the nosebuds came off several times. I had to get them repaired in the US four five times and the opticians there told me the frame and lens were defective. They even asked me where I bought them. I was ashamed to tell them that I bought them in India. Even the glass has a small crack. I made a complaint while I was still in US and somebody advised me to go to the store. After returning from US, I took them to the store; they made some patchwork as was done in America and told me everything is fine.

After spending about 18000 rupees, I had to face the agony of not having spectacles on many occasions because Titan sold me a sub-standard product. It was nowhere near the Titan I supposed it would be but was a sinking Titanic. I am thoroughly disappointed. This is not what one expects from Titan. I use the spectacles for most part of the day and I undergo the pain of having a defective product on me.
Pathetic indeed.
And now they tell me the defect is with me, not their spectacles.
Will never go anywhere near Titan Eyeplus in future

    I bought spectacle frame from Titan eyeplus Sapna Sangeeta Road, around 15 days back, it has cracked around the corner from the inside. I got expensive lenses built for the frame.
    I'm on a tour and now I have to get a new spectacle made
    It's heartbreaking to see such hard earned money wasted, and to get a new spectacle made in less aquatinted place is a troublesome and painstaking process.
    Kindly replace my frame with same specifications so atleast my lenses won't go wasted.Please Help.

      I had specifically asked for delivery on 6th Dec as I had an international flight to catch on 7th Dec.
      Now they are calling me to say that they can't deliver on the 6th Dec.
      I paid 17000 for the glasses and lens and now I can't take it with me before my travel. The store employees promised me delivery after asking them over and over.
      If I can't get my glasses, I will need a refund

        I ordered the aforesaid spectacles on 1/5/2019 and took delivery of the same within a week from date of order. The glasses cost me around Rs 16000/-. They seemed to be good for a year.

        I exercised utmost care and precaution in the handling, maintenance and upkeep of the spects but scratches suddenly started forming ;ike patches on the lenses which obstructed the clarity in viewing.

        I showed my spects to the same outlet where I had purchased in adyar, Chennai-20 but was told that they could do nothing about it and that the only option I had was to buy a new spectacle.

        I was totally disappointed and dismayed with the service and return that a rs 16000 glasses gave me.

        I would have been pacified and happy if the outlet had given me free replacement of the lenses which alone cost rs 12000 or so.

        Replacement of my lenses are overdue now but am somehow managing with my old spects as am still unable to come to terms with the damage and loss of my 16k product in a year.

        I would highly appreciate if my loss is compensated.
