I have placed 2 prepaid orders on 28th Sep and I requested them to cancel one order on the same day of order placed in which I paid 2996 rs..they cancelled my order as per my request but not yet given refund back...I have sent a number of mails to them but they responded only twice and said that they have escalated my issue to a special team but still I haven't received my refund..
But now they were not even responding for my mails..how...

I had placed an online order from www. Tjori.com on 2nd May 2020 wherein delivery date mentioned was that of 14th May 2020. My order number is [protected]. However till date the order has not been delivered and every time they come up with a new delivery date. I also asked their customer care to cancel my order and return my money which is also till date not processed. Despite of writing several messages to them including mail I am unable...
