Hello TMC,

Since a month we are seeing lots of mosquitos in the area and the evening time the house gets full with mosquitos in the entire area, we need mosquitos pest control to be done in the nearby areas and many open chambers nearby in Sahyog Tower B1, Talao pali road kausa Mumbra, Thane 400612.

Water pipeline leakage from last one month at the entrance of Bholenath Nagar Shil, please do the needful

From last 6 months, in, Krish colony, opposite to Sai maya apartment (Sai mitra mandal), station Road, Diva(West) This illegal construction caused a lot of effect in our area.The people involved in this construction pressure local citizens which caused 3 rape cases and a half murder within these 6 months.How Does these builders and involved person pressurise local citizens and what is the government authorities doing to stop this ? I Request TMC Commissioner to get into this topic and find a solution and help other local citizens to stay safe .

There is usual unessary delay of arrival brahmand bus from thane station btween 9am to 1pm 5 buses of anandnagar, koknipada, pawar nagar have come and gone but not a single brahmand bus the bus stop at thane station have become very crowded bcuse of the delay it has been 1 jourv15 mins of waiting, pls do the needful as it is not possible for citizens to take an auto to brahmand as it costs more than 100 rupee

The recently done concrete work done outside St John the baptist compound from Janta sarkari bank passing st john the baptist church Royal chemist Mahesh dairy and further up, has been done but the curing of the concrete was not done with the result now with the vehicles passing and the rain the condition of the stretch that was freshly concreted is in a pitiable state i.e. all cracked cement come out and all the stones and gravel of the concrete sticking out, making it impossible for pedestrians to walk on it and also dangerous to walk, it is very sad that the contractor has taken money for the work done but it is done in a incomplete manner, and the stretch is dangerous to walk on and very bad.
I beg the thane muncipal officials to come and examine the stretch of road that I have described above and see for them selves and take action against the people responsible for this shoddy work.

I arrived around 12pm and was told I was next in line .
there was 4 or 5 people in waiting room.
I got a wheel chair because I have 4 back problems
left leg problems . I was there for a serious rash called
hives and was starting to affect my throat.
I was there for 2 hours before my back started to bother
me so much that i had tears coming from my eyes .
I can not sit for too long or i have to get on flat surface or bed. I had 4 other people that got there after me get to go in er. I could not take the pain any more so I had to leave.
told the receptionist . I would go home and call an ambulance. she said I would have to wait even longer.
I told her at least I would be on a bed and not suffering from sitting because of the pain.

In our area because drainage water and unwanted bushed there are plenty of mosquitoes, which can cause mosquito breeding and increase chances of dengue, malaria. I request, please take some action. Either do pesticide or clean it evert alternate days.

Sir aaj pura 5 din hue pani nahi hai low pressure ke karan D'Souza Wadi shivaji nagar kisan nagar no1 near D'Souza Wadi koi bhi building me pani nahi chad raha hai

Our 15 members building Ameya Kripa co op Hsg Society situated at Jondhali Baug near Makhmali Talao thane west is having 3 water lines but getting water from one connection only rest two lines there is no water coming. Due to this we are suffering water problem from very long time. Only 30 Minutes we are getting water. And during the short supply we do not get water at all, and we are depending on tanker water. Every week we use to order 2 tankers worth rs.5000/- each, we request you to please check our two water lines and please ensure that water comes in that line also.

I am a resident of this locality. Toilet is very pathetic condition. No one is taking care. Since lockdown no one has come to check what is the position of toilet. Please arrange an officer who can check the condition of toilet. Exact location of toilet is near parking plaza of TMC beside Nala,

I'm residing in MM valley C1, 605. My name is zahbia and I'm owner of the flat mentioned..our irresponsible society along with irresponsible builder Mr.Masroor, burnt a huge amount of dry leaves in the backyard of the C1 building which could also be preferably thrown..but burnt instead creating a huge amount of smoke and polluted the air..this entire process went on for approximately 3 hours..the smoke came gushing into our Flats.. and I'm sure it must have affected neibouring buildings as well..I'm an allergy patient..and I'm sure there are many senior citizens, small infants at many houses.. how could this society and builder be so cruel and irresponsible in playing with so many lives health that too in times when we are fighting with covid...I have a video and photos to support my complaint
I request you to kindly intervene the matter at the earliest and also charge them fine to set an example to all other societies and builders ...

From the night of 8th Oct the water supply has been cut in kharegaon area. The authorities have not even inform why such thing is happening and when will this recover . I kindly request you to provide the details to the residancy living there or take the required to solve this issue as soon as possible.

Empireways coop hsg society. Flat 601/701 registered in unauthorised way by fraud . Has made staircase with support of water tank which has developed cracks . Society or officer bearers should not be blamed if tank breaks or leaks .has lots of authorised construction in society request u to vist the society and clear all unauthorised construction. 601/701 has broken pillers and has done roof work without permission of the society causing heavy leakage to the society

We are assessed as a prime CHS by TMC - class 1 and the property tax was calculated accordingly.
Look at the condition. No promised infrastructure, forget all those, look at our entrance, ours could be the most dirty entrance of all Societies. Not even proper lighting.

P3 area where kids play are full with stored water and construction site.full of mosquitoes. It has become hell to live in this Acme ozone phase 2. So many dengue cases. Kindly check and do some action and declare this as dengue prone area.
We have been staying here for last 4years in this condition and paying property tax of paused area

Swami Krupa phase I at Dhokali naka is getting less water due to ignorance of repair work from TMC this is from last 3-4 years . Urgent action required

Respected sir, I'm the member of society m. K thakur complex, near subhash bhoir bunglaw, shilphata, thane-400612. I have lots of issue in society like of boring water tank, we are Complaining at soceity but they never taking action on that and we don't getting the water properly and in the boring we getting the insect in that. We saying to clean the tank otherwise people will get I'll but they don't taking action, please help me and take some action that we get pure water. Thanking you

At Koknipada outside Hill Garden Society near Tikujiniwadi.

Stray dogs have increase in a lot of numbers & Now they are started attacking Small Children's who are playing.

They are specially targeting small children who are alone or with friends & they come from back side & suddenly attack on them.
Please look in to this issue & resolve it as soon as possible.

The purpose of this complaint is to bring to your notice the illegal and unauthorized construction in the duct area between the flats a203 and a204 of castalia a wing, the walk, hiranandani estate, ghodbunder road, thane-400607. The owner of flat a-203, mr. Amit upadhaya has illegaly occupied the duct area and additionally constructed 2 rooms by putting a slab in the duct area. The duct area is the open space between 2 flats and does not cannot be converted to a usable area. The builder has not sold this area to anyone. By doing so he has not only endangered the structural stability of the building but has also put the lives of the people staying the building to high risk specially on the 2nd floor.

I have attached the floor plan and the entire area marked in red is the one where unauthorized construction has been carried out. The owner of a203 is also the treasurer of the castalia chs and is trying to use his position to defend his act. There are cracks in our flat a204 because of the construction activity done by him and we feel very unsafe with such construction adjacent to our flat.

The builder has already taken an undertaking from each of the flat owner at the time of possession that they will not be doing any alterations in the flat and the duct area/open spaces.

Request the tmc to take appropriate action against such people who are doing illegal and unauthorized construction in the building and putting everyones life at risk.

The illegal construction should be brought down and the original duct area should be restored. They should be heavily penalised for carrying out such construction and appropriate legal action should be taken against the culprits.

I had paid a water tax online from digi thane app and payment had done via billdesk through google pay and amount has been deducted and successfully completed transaction but still reciept has not generated i hereby attaching screenshot for proof sub code 00035 ptn no 2130948

Every day we are facing water shortage. Water line is cut around 10 am everyday and is supplied by 10pm nearly after 12hours and currently for two consecutive days the water supply was cut hope this issue will be solved as soon as possible

This is to inform you that since the Lock down has started the cleaning of our area has been not done properly.
The are right in front of our kitchen is filled with dirt. The people who come to Sanitize the area as we live in containment zone are unable to do so as it is difficult for them too.
Kindly look over the issue as this is one of the very important precautionary measure to avoid any disease.

We are travelling for job from tahen station. We are parking our two whellers in patil wadi near plat form no.1. Ther e is one ghanta gadi standing near patil wadi and doing inconvenience to all who are going to staition at about 7:30 and around. Kindly change this ghatagadi's time earlier. As also the buses are coming on that road and doing mess and travelling from waman hari pethe to plat form no.1 near patil wadi is very hectic and it is dangerous to crossing the road also.

Kindly do the needful.

Due to erection of new electric pole at Rambaug area, Pokran 1, Thane, the mud has been piled up and this is causing inconvenience to people as the road is
narrrow. Vehicles are difficult to pass and pedestrains hardly get space to walk on this road.Please arrange to clear the mud as this mud was removed for erecting a new electric pole but now neither the mud is cleared nor the electric pole.
