I received a call from a lady she told me for online captcha work and tell me send adhar card pic both side. After that she told me that you will get the mail & after seeing the mail there are mentioned security money deposited some amount and same time i was ignore the matter. But she told me that pls send me the link and
I have mention that i am unable to accept your rules and regulations.
. I send the same and i have mention that i am unable to accept your rules and regulations, she told me that ok. As well as i have infrom the same to sender mail id where received the link. Now they claim for breach of contract and penalty and send messages on phone and mail. That we suite a case against you but i have no agreement with her.
Plz help me and provide a solution.

I got call from this company. They asked that if I am interested in any captcha typing job. I agreed. They asked for any id proof, so I sent the picture of my adhaar card. They told that I'll get id and password for starting my work. Again I got a call from the same company but this time it was the another girl. She told me all the things which the first one has told and asked since when can I start. I told her may be the next day. I got a mail from the company for agreement but the IP address was not verified, it was clearly instructed that I should avoid clicking on any links. After that I read about the company on google and the reviews were really bad. So I called them and informed that I am not interested in the job. They agreed. Next day they sent me an email consisting the ID and password
I asked the HR that why am I getting mails yet when I have already denied. He blocked me on what's app. I tried calling and texting but I wasn't getting any response. So I left trying. Then after few days again I got a call asking that why are you not doing your work. I told her that I have already denied. But she told to click on the which was given earlier which was too risky. After some days I got a email which had the legal notice. I called the lawyer and he was so rude. Anything I say he used to answer that is your problem. He asked that I have clicked on the link so I have to pay the penalty. If I have not clicked on any link, if I have not got any OTP than how did the agreement happened? Only on a phone call. Today I again got a call saying that if I pay ₹6900 than the case will be resolved or they file a case in the Vapi, Gujarat session court. It is really scary. I was looking for a part time job as I am a teacher and I am not getting my salary since April. And needed the money. But now they are calling continuously and asking for the penalty. Please help me out. If I had the money why should I look for a part time job.

This company asks for captcha work. And when we submit id it says wait for the call. I have signed any agreement. Yet they are asking for money to terminate agreement.

I got call from this (Tne solution) company for captcha work for which she said will be paying 22500 for working in which 5400 will be deducted as my first time joining fee or consultancy fee and i would get 17000 rupees.
Then she pinged me in my whatsapp and asked for my id proofs... She told me work is very simple you have to do just copy and paste... And she send me the video... Which containing wht type of work will be.. After some time i got a mail from them which saying agreement procedure. After getting the mail that lady called me asking to sned screen shot for email link, then only she will be able to generate username and password. Just few minutes i got a call from same pallavi vishwakarma she's talking speed was very fast so didn't understand anything..

Also, i had not signed or accepted any agreement and replying to the same email recived from "i don't want to work with your organisation /company, because there is so many terms and conditions".

Immediately i researched a bit and got to know that the site https://tne.bpoworks.in is completely fraud, as many complaints have been lodged against it in consumer complaints.

Next morning i got mail from these company containing loginid and password for my account. After that i had not opened a single time, but on 20/07/2020 i got a email from mr. Piyush mehara advocate associate
Aurangabad, maharashtra ([protected]@gmail.com), in the email following wordings are mentioned,
(Dear sir/mam,

We are tne solution legal department. This email is to inform you that
You have fail/not submit/cancel your work. Then according to the
Terms & conditions, you have to pay pending payment before today.

If you do not pay the amount then the company is eligible to take legal actions against you. Kindly reply as soon as possible at this mail.)

Also today's morning i got email and call from there advocate piyush mehara they asking me to pay the penalty otherwise they will take action after that they send me text message that your case is registered..

I want consumer forum to take suitable measures to ban such type of frauds and punish them so that they could not fool any people in future. Your help will be very helpful for me and others.

A call received from tne solution company for online captcha work. That you complete 10000 captcha in 10day you received 22500 and deduct 5000 from that amount. Their link was not active and after some time a legal notice is received. I have do 100 of call but they are not received.

Sir i recieved a call on 29th 2020 named vivian he said i will provide you work from home captcha work and your salary will be 17500 per month you send me the aadhar card and i will create your id than i sent my aadhar he asked for otp so i neglet him and refuse to chat with him he made 5 calls to me but i didnt responded.
Now today 14th july 2020 i got..5 msg in my inbox containing that under sections 420 of the indian penal code you need to clear the dues of the company and settle your dues, otherwise court behold the right to take strict action against you. Call on [protected] for further assistance.
Then 2nd msg come
Dear amit kumar, this is last intimation to you for outstanding dues towards of rs.22610/-, if you fail to clear your dues before we will report to cibil, which will affect your credit score.[protected].
Then i called on these numbers he said im from vapi gujrat civil court may name is mayur joshi advocate. You have to pay 9050 for settlement or if your case would go to court then you will pay 2. To 3 lacs. So im keeping you safe thats why im sending a qr code of payment on whatsapp and you can pay. After 10 minutes of payment i will give you noc... What the hell is this...
But when i did not completed my process and never took work from them why should i pay them.. They are totally fraud. And want to loot me.. Plz plz plz help me

I received a call from a girl named jiya and she said me that i can earn 22500 in 10 days by working from home.. Then i registered with them by providing adhaar card details photo and signature.. After that i received a agreement on my mail id and in the agreement it was mentioned that if i don't work or leave the job in between or if i don't complete the work with 90% accuracy then i have to pay penalty of 5400 to the company.. So after reading all the terms and condition i started my work. But after 2 days i searched on google about the company and found many complaints about that company... They generate fake qc report and then threaten the employee for the money. One advocate called me and asked to deposit 5400 which i did so that matter can be resolved. Now they are saying you have to pay another 11000 rs to resolve the issue permanently or else you will be served legal notice or you have to pay 5400 every month. Please help me sir.. Or they will call and threat me also

According to terms and conditions of the agreement, you had to complete the
ONLINE CAPTCHA TYPING) in “10” days. But, terms and
conditions of said agreement entered into by you with my client i.e. TAT (Turn
Around Time) you have not submitted accuracy report to my client within
stipulated period of “10” days as mentioned in the agreement. We provided the online captcha typing work like 10, 000 captcha’s and you have not done
within “10” days.
6. In the agreement we both are agree for the promissory as like under:
No initial payment is required to pay at the booking time but you must have to
pay Rs. 5400/-( FIVE THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED ) amount for utility
and maintenance on following grounds.
(A) In the matter of fact failure, not submitted or succeed company is entitled
to receive amount by any cost. If you achieve the accuracy which mentioned
above, then Utility charges will be deduct from your work payment and if you
fail to achieve accuracy in given timeline, then also you have to pay as a
liability which describe above.
(B) This charges related to service, development and maintenance cost of
the platform where you working online data typing.
(c) If you deny paying the said amount then company will take this matter
legally & all the legal expenses will be bear by your side, company is not liable
for the same.
Required Accuracy by the company:
7. You must have to provide to Captcha Typing work for 10, 000 captchas” in

8. My Client informed you for the same by sending you an email dated 30-06-
2020. with respect to the non-submission of work assigned to you and for the
very reason you have made liable yourself for to pay the utility and

But today one call is coming from one advocate and he said me that you have a legal case and you should paid penalty amount immediately otherwise court behold the right to take strict action against you. Now i am trying to reach with those executive for confirmation, but she one time receive my phone then said me wait for some time i will check and revert back to you. Now she not pick up my phone call also not responding my whats up messages. I request you please help on this case.

Such spam are making our life hell and these people are not at all understating the need of the hour.
They are busy in looting people right away as and when they can.

Please be informed that i have received a fake call from girl name pallavi, who offered me online data entry job. I asked her could you explain me about the work profile and tell me about the company details, but she told i will receive mail regarding the same. Then, i asked her when i will receive the mail, so she asked me to share my any one id proof like aadhaar card, pan card or voter id card, so she can first register me and asked me to share details on wats up. So, as per her request i shared my election card.

Also, she told me that i will receive one call from her senior where she told me that you need to inform her that you agree for 16, 000 salary which you will receive after 11 days where company will deduct the rs.5000 from rs.16, 000 as tax and remain 11, 000 will be paid on 11th day, and next question she asked that when you can join, i told her immediately she agreed and asked me to wait for confirmation call from senior, where her senior needs to understand that every information given by her was correct and she told it's a formality call, so just say yes to her questions.

Within 2 mins, i received a call from same girl pallavi, she was rushing on call it was difficult to understand what she was saying, once call got over, i called her mobile number and told her that you took my confirmation call, but she lied and told no she was her senior, i recognised her voice, it was very similar to her and she was rushing on call when asking questions, hardly i can understand what she was asking, i said yes to every question just because she told me earlier that it's a formality call and i was not aware that they are recording my call and she never told me about the same.

After this last wats up conversation, i tried calling her, so many times, but she never answered my call and i never received any login id or password details or any communication neither on mail nor on wats up from them.

Now today i received call from advocate naina mehta her:

She asked me about my name and details and stated that you not completed the task given to you by tne solution. I told her that i haven't received any signed up or login details or any company information regarding work, so how i can start my work and you guys sending me fake and fraud mail, regarding this issue i will take necessary action against you and your company, immediately she got angry and told ok if you not agree then come to court and disconnected my call.

Please be informed that i have received a fake call from girl name pallavi, who offered me online data entry job. I asked her could you explain me about the work profile and tell me about the company details, but she told i will receive mail regarding the same. Then i asked her when i will receive the details, she asked me to share my any one id proof like aadhaar card, pan card or voter id card, so she can first register me and asked me to share details on wats up. So, as per her request i shared my election card and same wats up communication details, i have attached below for your reference.

Sir i have an issue that tha company name tne solution they called me and tell me that we are providing you online capcha work and the does not tell me any charges and all so i denied that i am not paying any amount i am here to earn they just call me after 10 days and continuously calling and messaging me to submit large amount and file a case against me in that situation i am not able to do anything the company is totally fraud does not tell anything openly and after that the filled the form itself and send the details and after 10 days they were asking for money as well lots of customer does not really know about the details and the clients of the company not telling the whole process and fill the form automatically

I received a call from this fraud company TNE solution and said that this is captcha work and you will get 22500 and 5000 will be deducted from your first salary as a registration fee. They asked me that you will receive verification in which you just have to say yes for all the questions. When I received the call, they said if 90% accuracy is not fulfilled you have to pay 5000. I said No, this was not told me before. Then she said this is only for saying, whether you submit 100 captcha, you will receive your payment. I asked them to give this thing in written. She said that ok and cut the phone. Next day without any agreement papers or permission they have generated the id and password to work. These are the nos: I got called from

I receive the msg work form home in the apna app for the online filling captch work so i reply them they ask mi to the my email id and my add proof for registration . first that person said it is only 10 days work them you want continue so you can continue . so that why i proceed further and i provide the detail then next day i receive the ID AND PASSWORD and some time letter they can send mi the link of that work but that person block mi that person not answering my calls and not also replied my msg so that time i know their fraud so i stop that work then yesterday some advocate calling mi and mail mi that they can file the case against mi they saying that i broken their bond and ask mi to the money like full and final settlement RS 69000 for cancellation the agreement so plz check that person they can do fraud with mi now they can they saying that they file case against mi in court and they said come to the vapi gujrat court . so please find that advocate MR. MISHRA they use your company name and fraud with peoples. plz punish them.

I got call from this (Tne solution) company for captcha work for which she said will be paying 22500 for working in which 5000 will be deducted as my first time joining fee or consultancy fee and i would get 17000 rupees.
Then she pinged me in my whatsapp and asked for my id proofs... She told me work is very simple you have to do just copy and paste... And she send me the video... Which containing wht type of work will be.. After some time i got a mail from them which saying agreement procedure. After getting the mail that lady called me asking to click on the link, then only she will be able to generate username and password. After that pallavi would call be to confirm me and i just have to say only yes in that call. Just few minutes i got a call from same pallavi vishwakarma she's talking speed was very fast so didn't understand anything..

From that time i am have called that lady approximately 25-30 times she is not receiving the call also his one of seniors not receiving call.

Immediately i researched a bit and got to know that the site https://tne.bpoworks.in is completely fraud, as many complaints have been lodged against it in consumer complaints. Next morning i got mail from these company containing loginid and password for my account. After that i got call from lady saying your account is activated you can dtart working. So i logged in to check but there it was written that your workspace will be activated after 6 pm. So i called her then she told you can contact at the helpline number mentioned in the mail. I called but they not answered any call.

Today's morning i got email and call from there advocate manish saxena they asking me to pay the penalty otherwise they will take action after that they send me text message that your case is registered..

I want consumer forum to take suitable measures to ban such type of frauds and punish them so that they could not fool any people in future. Your help will be very helpful for me and others.

I've received a call from tne solution they said that i got your number from naukri.com. And offer me captcha feeling job then send him a uid copy and a photo.
They send me mail that digitally sign the agreement paper but when i clicked the link it shows that you have submitted successfully.
Now they send me a mail like case against you on court. Pay the money of some rs. 74112 and take your noc.
