I had received a parcel from China on 24th Jan through TNT express. A fee of Rs.4344 was charged during delivery of the product (AWB:[protected]. I have been asking the TNT people over mail/call/customer care to provide the breakup of the fee charged. Till date I have been following up with them and there has been no response. I haven’t been provided with the custom clearance documents nor the receipt for the payment made. How can they charge...

CONSIGNMENT LOST
We had two consgnments coming in from Germany vide Docket Nos :[protected] &[protected], which was consigned on 02.10.2008 & 25.09.2008 respectively.
Out of which we got delivery of[protected] on 15.10.2008 for which they took our company's sign & stamp on POD and the parcel vide[protected] is not delivered till today.
The people in TNT before said that it has been lost and we are ready to get it...
