Made an online payment of Rs.326 on[protected] for property tax assessment no.155/009/900559 (Tirupur corporation). Amount debited from bank but received server error after the payment. (payment not successful)

Amount not refunded or updated to payment
No response to grievance raised in the portal...

I paid the property tax for our house in Nagercoil. The amount is debited from the account but it is not reflecting in the site.
