Dear sir/mam
I am purchase this product on 09.01.20. And when i open and start its ringing only.
Cant stop. Again i switch off and start still its ringning.
Last 1 month i continue folloowup but still not getting any answer.
I send watsapp, email, call but only getting answer is wait wait and wait.
Our manager is not there its out off office etc etc.
I tired now and i regiesterd the complaint now.br...

L took hoverboard last week and it work 2dys properly after that its not working. I called tollotoys and told the problem. He asked me to send email to [protected]@gmail.com which i did. I took the video aswell and send it to them on whatsapp.
Know when i am calling they r not responding to my calls r email.
I am very disappointed because my kids are very upset....
