Someone has tried to purchase a free Fire Diamond for rupees 400 The amount has been deducted from my hdfc bank account with the following purchase reference [protected] -tomgoogleplaymasterm.
But no purchase has been made and no diamonds have been deposited in Free Fire AC, please reverse my money
I tried contacting hdfc customer support but got no response.

      This is to update you about the bank accounts being hacked and almost 58, 000/- has been transferred to an account named TOMGOOLEPLAYMASTERM in different phases through netbanking and without any of my authorization.

      The HDFC bank accounts have been already blocked from bank side and I want to make a formal complaint towards your department. The compromised Bank Accounts are:

      HDFC Bank A/c: 0008lllllllllllll

      HDFC Bank A/c: 108lllllllllllllll

      The money started getting debited since 9th August, 2021 through the games called Garena FreeFire & Minecraft until 20th August, 2021.

      Please help me out in sorting out this crisis issue and arrange to refund the amount being deducted unauthorised. Need your department help in this matter with outmost urgency.

      There has been no resolution from HDFC Bank till date & no one seems to take any responsibility.

        On 27th Feb 2021, Using HDFC netbanking option i had made a purchase in Cod Mobile Game for Rs.3200 that is 5000 CP points in the game. But unfortunately due to some technical issue my money got debited from my account and also its not reflecting in google purchase history as a result i am not eligible to apply for refund in google. So i lost the money and didn't get the CP points inside the game as well. I need a solution for this and want my money back!!! Please help.
