I placed an order on 8th of october for 1000 rs and still haven't got any response or details. I am trying to reach them for a month now. They are fraud.

This company is total fraud. They have no customer service at all. I recieved a defective - broken and dirty bag a month ago I complained everywhere but no return no replacement nothing is provided. They guarantee refund on their website. There are so many customer complaints against them but how is this fraudster still running the company? No idea

This company is owned by Deepali Seth. They take pre paid orders from everyone and as soon as the payment is done, they STOP RESPONDING. They NEVER send tracking details of the products. The products are NEVER DELIVERED. Very RARELY, people receive their products after MONTHS of waiting but they are in DAMAGED conditions or are used. They are completely unreachable on all platforms including WhatsApp, Instagram, email and Snapchat. They are very popular and are earning really well by cheating people, they have to be stopped.

I placed this order literally 1 month back and still haven’t received any shipping information. I have reached them on Instagram, WhatsApp, called you couple of times I don’t get any response. I have paid a 2600/- on this product. It’s so useless and scam.

Bought three products from this company's Instagram page and had to wait for a month and a half for 2 of them to be dispatched. The third product, a bag was never dispatched. I had been patient for a month and a half, not even following up, but when I went to their Instagram page I realized they had a history of taking money from consumers and not sending the products at all.

Initially when I requested for a refund on September 17th 2022, they said, "we do not have a refund policy dear", and that was their tone for a couple of weeks after that. Since then they have gone silent. I had to resort to pinging them on Instagram, where they are very active, but don't respond to my comments.

At this point it is less about the money more about the needless stress and ethics of the situation.

Ordered on 20th august still waiting fr 2 bags, money taken, no reply, online scammers, had ordered for 3 got 1 after a follow up of 1 month! many hv been duped by her on insta & website, i hv been fooled, paid rs. 8367/-

They take payments and then stops responding to mails or dms. Neither deliver the order norreturn the payments

I had placed an order for a hamper worth more than 5k on 30th july. I was told i would receive it in 10-12 days. I haven’t received the order and they are not responding to messages or calls.

I placed an order for around 5K on July 20 with Torpico Shoes. I have been messaging them on Instagram asking about the shipment and order details and not receiving a convincing reply. I have also tried calling them so many times on IG but no answer. The last reply I received from them was on July 29, 2022 stating that they will get back to me with the order information by Monday as they do not work on weekends. It is almost end of Tuesday and they neither got back nor answering my calls and messages.

I would like my money back for the same and they should be not allowed to do business. They are scamming people on the name of small business owner.

They are worst in handling their customers! They just take orders and don’t reply and answer your queries!
After taking orders and payment they just ignore what’s going on!
