I am holding 120 preferential shares of toubro holdin limited in year 2005.

These shares are matured in the year 2016 but i am unable to redeem these shares due to lack of information about the whereabouts of this company.

My mother dipika biswas purchased number of share 500, each of share value rs.10, total value 5000 & redemption value rs.25500 which was maturity on 18/05/2015 from toubro holdings ltd. (Certificate no.58770).

Original certificate deposited on 22/04/2015 before maturity in branch.

But still now she has not got any money from this company.
What should i do at a time?
Please suggest me.
